M. S.One of the best pubs I ever been to. I keep returning after nearly 20 years and the standards have only gotten better. I love the food, drink and the environment. The staff are just the best and extremely friendly and helpful. You just cannot go wrong at The Ranelagh. 5*
A. N.I am a regular at The Ranelagh, the atmosphere is great. It has a lovely indoor space and decor, and a very nice and enclosed beer garden. The food is great, and the staff always very friendly and helpful. I recently made a mistake with my order, Mia was a star and kindly got everything sorted. I highly recommend The Ranelagh.
S. E.UPDATE: The new style of crumbed calamari is awful. SO much thick batter I couldn't even taste the squid. Just heavy crusty fried crumbs. Check out my photos for the difference. It was sad to see the change from delecate lightly dusted high quality seafood to undetectable slithers of rubber in mountains of fried crumb.
ORIGINAL: Lovely pub - an open fire and great crowd. The staff are brilliant (really professional yet warm and helpful) and the beer garden is beautiful. Worth a visit!
H.A solid local pub. Good range of drinks for everyone. Friendly locals and a spacious beer garden open all season round. Been going here for the best part of a decade and the quality of service has always been great!

A. M.I love The Ranelagh pub. It is a nice cozy pub conveniently located near Bounds Green Tube station. I always come here Monday evenings for the pub quiz. Occasionally, I opt for the burger and drink deal, which costs an average of £14. It's a little bit expensive for a pub in North London, as I have been to pubs in Central London and paying the same price, or £2 more (which is understandable). However you are paying for the quality, as the food is always very nice and very prompt, I have not had an issue with the food. The staff are very friendly and are prompt when serving drinks. Overall, this is a nice pub to come to and I would recommend.

Popular gastro pub, with large beer garden, which is partially covered & partially heated, where you can smoke & big indoor TV screen for the big sporting events. No loud music & not a disco, dance 'til you puke/fight type of venue.
Safe & popular with the yummy mummy crowd & their babies in posh buggies, popular with ladies who lunch, etc. Good place to book a party. No dress code but if you attend looking like a hobo, expect to stand out. Smart casual would be my advice.
Large tables seating 6-8 people available, as well as smaller tables. Vital to book in advance for any important do. Very middle class but without being annoyingly so. Mostly white, professional clientele but BAME people ARE welcomed too!
Food is yummy, without being pretentious or ridiculously expensive. 2 minutes walk away from Bounds Green tube station. Street parking available free in the evenings & all day Sunday.
T. G.This pub has a great atmosphere and is conveniently located near Bounds Green Tube station. They offer a great selection of beers and the food is good too. Unfortunately, the prices are slightly higher than in other pubs in the area.

A. P. M.Amazing spot to have a beer (or many) with friends. Very friendly and relaxed environment, staff is very kind and helpful. They have an incredibly beautiful rear garden with wooden tables. The menu is alright to have a quick bite and they have my favourite lager, Camden Hells, which I love. I definitely recommend this pub.

A. N.I knew this pub today, and I have to say it's amazing. I really felt it like friendly place, where we could drink some tasty beer in a good environment. The customer service was so good, avobe all a guy with some rings in his face. The pub was so clean and there is a comfortable and nice garden for sunny days. I will come back this week.

R.Service was superb, food so-so, I ordered the fish and chips, food arrived quickly, but could have spent a bit longer in the fryer, as it wasn't crispy or golden enough, the batter in general wasn't amazing truth be told... condiments, the tartare sauce was quite bland and I had to ask for vinegar to make up for that, other than that, it's a nice pub, great staff. I'll get the burger next time for sure.

K. A.I do really like this place, however not every experience has been up to standards for a better review. On one occasion (someone's birthday) we ordered a vodka we've never drank and had it come with flys in the drink and the excuse was no one ever orders it so its been open for a long time.. another occasion it's been ok however not being able to pay in cash is a bit awkward.. however 4 stars were given as the Havana club rum and honey tequila won me over, just wish the prices were a bit cheaper as it's priced like it's central London 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
A. L.This is a really great pub, the food was freshly cooked, nicely presented and worth the money. Service was great and the beer garden is an incredible space. My only complaint was the atmosphere was spoiled somewhat by the football being shown and the group of grown men getting excited about other men kicking a ball into a goal. For a pub with such high quality food, service and decor, it felt a bit of a contrast and slightly 'Wetherspoons-esque' in atmosphere because of that. In fairness to the the pub, they did try and keep the football fans in one section, but the noise obviously travelled. I'll definitely be back, but not on match day. Also I know it's probably not viable, but I'd also be willing to pay more for the football not to be shown ;)

C. L.I have never been to a pub as outstanding as this one. The staff, the food, and the beer made for an unforgettable evening with the family. Despite the place being clearly very busy (made even harder to manage with all the new restrictions) my server was attentive and made sure we got everything we needed! I didn’t mind waiting a little bit for our food because I was genuinely having a great time and like I said every table was full so a wait was to be expected. I really can’t praise the team here enough, and I can’t wait to come back on December 2nd for one of those A* burgers and pint of Pravha!
