Reviews of The Red Lion, Parliament Street

Wonderful atmosphere in this pub. The dining room is on the second floor and gives you a fun experience eating in this classic British pub. We loved the food that we had as well the meat pies and chips were all full of flavor and well deserving of 5 stars. Definitely worth a visit if you’re near by!

Really quaint pub right in the political heart of London. The staff are wonderful! Attentive, welcoming and chatty which is exactly what you want. And an amazing sloe gin and mulled cider drink...it's worth it for that alone

This place has a really nice atmosphere. It’s absolutely dripping in history and intrigue, and they do very nice drinks too!

Booked a table in the bar for drinks, only to find out reserved table had been given away. Staff told us we had to sit upstairs in the void-of-atmosphere dining area rather than the characterful downstairs bar. Tried to order some pork scratchings up there and the waitress didn’t even know what they were - she laughed and said no. Not really a proper pub it seems - shame.

Had a late lunch at The Red Lion. Very polite and helpful staff in an historical and quant place. I had Croque Miseure-hot and delicious!

Really friendly staff, good food, good atmosphere. Would really recommend!
Only went in while passing and what a good find. Both of us had the pie with chips and it came out nicely! Would come back! 👍🏻

Traditional pub, close to Big Ben. Very good beers. IPA is excellent.
