Small indoor space but large outside area right on the river with views across to the city. No real ale...but Camden on draught so OK. Food available..we haven't eaten there yet. Good base for exploring South Bank as its literally under London Bridge!

Really enjoyed a pint at The Vault, excellent beer garden on the banks of the Thames with great views. Had a well kept pint of Meantime, (well, I think it was one) served by helpful and pleasant staff. Well worth an early visit before the crowds come back.

Spectacular view of the famous Tower Bridge. If you are lucky, you may even get to see it open for a big boat ;) The food is delish and competes with restaurant standard, unlike the chain of pubs nearby. I really love how the staff are so passionate about the service to each customer and constantly striving to make you happy... I think this is because its a family run establishment. Not many of those gems left in Central London. Great cocktail list and a very refreshing pint of beer!

Came upon this spot while walking around the Tower Bridge area on the HMS Belfast side of the river. Pleasant and friendly staff. Short, pub style menu. Fair drinks selection. A few tables indoors but many more outside alongside the river with great Tower Bridge views - see photos. We we're lucky to get a table indoors right next to the river - great late afternoon photo opportunity. Food was average with the chips being slightly overcooked. Prices were a little high for pub fare but I guess there is a "location cost" and after all it is London. The card reader is setup so that one is "encouraged" to add a tip before paying the bill. This practice should be outlawed and staff just paid a living wage. Loads of Tower Bridge photo memorabilia adorn the interal walls. The three indoor tables next to the river are probably the closest you will get to the river ANYWHERE in this area. Toilets were interesting - down a low-head-height tunnel. Nice place under the Tower bridge: good selection of beer, but not so big: could be better. Prices are high probably because of the location of the bar. Overall it’s ok to have a couple of beer and burger if you’re hungry

We stumbled across this pub by accident, but what a cozy little pub! Definitely best beer and Fish&Chips in London, very fast service, tasty drinks and the staff are great, welcoming and knowledgeable and were more than accommodating seeing as we did not have a reservation. This is certainly a pub worth a visit and offers all sorts of treats for the dedicated drinker. If you're here at 10.30am or 15.30pm u can see how tower Bridge is opening. We had a lovely time with a beautiful view on Tower Bridge, and will try to pop in again whenever we next adventure into London.

A small place with only 4 tables for dine in right under the Tower Bridge next to Thames. The view is good if you are seated next to tha glass wall overlooking Thames. They do serve beers and have few varieties, we had cpl of Pints along with Pizza and Onion rings - Onion rings : It was crispy and tasteful served with Mayo - Margarita Pizza: I think it could have been better, as taste was lacking or rather say seasoning. They didn't even provide seasoning separately like Chilli flakes or Organo. But had good amount of cheese. Would say it was okay. Overall, it's good to sit next to the glass wall overlooking the river while enjoying drinks.

Great spot to escape the tourist hordes - especially the little Thames-side terrace or at the windows under the bridge. Straight forward but well executed menu. Strangely fabulous Lamb Samosas! Stick to the Estrella, ice cold, and you won’t go wrong...

A very nice full glass window directly onto the Thames under tower bridge to sit and watch the world go by or a beer garden on southwalk just the the right of it. Very romantic experience if your on a date, definitely if your sitting outside the Terrace, they have an excellent drink menu and the food is very good, we had the fish&chips and the beef Burger, both tasted very good and fresh. 100% recommend, also the staff was so friendly, very good, definitely coming back here.

Came here for an evening meal and drink at 19.00 on a Sunday, not many people in the bar and got a seat looking our over the Thames under the tower bridge. It was a great view, topped off by amazing fish and chips; fish was lovely white and flakey, and we had calamari on the side which as equally as lovely! Staff were really friendly and service was quick. Definite recommendation for friends visiting London in the future and to anyone else.

We came to this place by accident. We were out to see the tower bridge, but it started raining. So people were using the overpass as shelter. We went inside the vault and it certainly has a prime spot. They have a large window to view the river Themes and a variety of beverages. We ended up ordering food; fish and chips and chicken wings. Both were honestly the best tasting things I've had today. The batter on the chicken was just right and it was not too oily. You guys should come here and try it out. They also have outdoor seating; best for sunny days here in London.

Great food, better service! As you're finishing up your meal the bartender/server is looking around seeing if anyone needs help and if you need anything, throw your hand up and they are more than happy to help you out! Will definitely visit again!

I live about 50 metres from this place. Service: The gals do a very good job. Drinks: Good selection (including Leffe on tap) and fair prices. Food: It’s a bit dear due to the (tourist) location, but everything I’ve had (burger, steak fajitas, chicken nuggets, chips) has been good. Overall, this place is solid!

The selling point for this bar is quite simply it's location: it is within Tower Bridge. You could commute over the bridge a thousand times and not realise there is a bar beneath you. It is quite small and personally I think there are only 3 tables worth sitting at - those immediately next to the water, lapping beneath the large window which takes up one whole side of the bar. The River Thames is right in front of the hotel and is well-equipped for people to relax. I ate fish and chips at The Vault just below the bridge but it was not bad. Staff friendly. The view is very beautiful: you can see the City from under the bridge as well as the Thames, even if it is a rather dirty river. The place is a typical English pub, unfortunately they don't accept credit cards, which is very difficult to find in London.
