Superb bistro pub inside and outside (back if building). The Guinness is on point! 👍 so for me the place is fine and the interior with a fire place (!) and airy space is fine for a lunch get together. The exterior is as breathtaking! Like being on holiday. 😎 With flowers everywhere it has to be the best place for special occasions! The service is equally on point. Interior (back door) outside space is wheelchair accessible. Front entrancehas a slight raised area but wide enough for a wheelchair! Overall a good place to add to your list of places to hang out at.

My favourite pub in London! I love this place, it's the most fun Friday night with live music and dancing - all the bangers are played!! The staff are all super friendly and it's a really chilled atmosphere. Wing Wednesday is also fab - I asked for the two sauce options mixed together - I call it The Bec, and it's great. The other food is always delish too - try the baked camembert!

The pub is beautiful and have nice atmosphere. I ordered chips if toppings was 8quid. I was very disappointed with the size of the portion was so tiny . Was nice but for this price definitely doesn't worth. I never ever so a portion chips so small is a shame I don't have a picture.

Good beer pleasant service only down side was a £7 service charge. Current restrictions don't allow bar service so to be charge for them serving you at a table is a downright liberty. Waivered charge but how many fall for it.

The Wandle is a legendary pub. Before covid-19 times, I avoided this place on weekends because it was always completely rammed. I returned recently however for some drinks with friends in the beer garden, which was excellent. The staff were friendly and responsible with covid-19 rules, asking everybody to check-in and wear masks. I had one of their giant Scotch Eggs, with the runny yolk and some mustard, which went down extremely well with my several Beers. I'm looking forward to another visit over the summer.

Incredible service amid COVID-restrictions era; we didn’t think to book and were asked if we wanted to stay for an hour - we agreed but we liked the food and drinks so much that we asked if we could possibly stay longer. Staff was so helpful and polite, they did everything they could to make sure we’d be able to get another table. We had a great time, lovely food, good drinks, fast service; I highly recommend this pub.

Had a great first lunch out since the easing of lockdown restrictions. Friendly and accomodating staff despite the fact we arrived late, food was delicious - highly recommend the vegan burger and halloumi lunch wrap. Will definitely be returning, very safe and secure Covid rules too - all tables were spaced out with heaters outside, no indoor dining or drinking. Thank you to the staff!

I came here last week for a Sunday roast and had excellent table service from my waitress - I think her name was Lydia. I had my springer spaniel with me and the staff were very accommodating, giving us a table away from the noise of the football playing on the other side of the bar. The food came out quickly and was gorgeous. I would definitely recommend!

Amazing Sunday roasts. Very expensive so we don’t come here often. Great tasting food, small portions but worth it as a treat now and then. Great sporting events shown and summer and warm weather really draws a crowd!!!

Lovely pub and staff, with good covid safety measures in place, but average food. The roast beef and pork weren't great. The beef had little flavour and lacked seasoning. It also wasn't that rare as requested, and quite chewy. The pork crackling was soggy, the Yorkshire puddings were cold, the roast potatoes weren't that crispy. The vegetarians in our party were happy with their vegan burger and Wellington though. When I mentioned our dissappointed about the food to the barman/waiter, he said "sorry about that, guess it happens time to time and with lockdown happening again, there's probably no desire' which we interpreted as "the chef couldn't be bothered"! I will continue drinking at the Wandle but will pass on the food.

Great place, great staff! Nice place to watch sport, outside garden, which is great for summer time and you can have a nice dance. Live music, which is a bonus but would be nice if they mixed up the tunes a bit...it is like a CD every time we go. Would also be nice to have a cloakroom and hooks to hang your handbag at the bar/pillars/tables. And I have no idea what is on the dance floor but my shoes always come out white?!

A great pub with good live music. But disappointing to receive plastic cups during any event (eg Rugby World Cup screenings) or Saturday nights. I understand the time factor but this is a terrible use of resources and beer doesn't taste as good from a plastic cup.

Large pub with big screen sports and outdoor seating. Visited with friends on a Friday night. The pub has a large selection of well-kept beers, including a few guest ales / small batch craft beer (I tried the Kona Big Wave - excellent). It was busy around 6.30pm but still possible to find some seating. Staff were friendly. It's quite pricey (a round of 2 pints was around 12 quid, but this included pints of craft beer) but typical for the area - be prepared to pay around 5-5.50 per pint. There are at least 2 other pubs within a 100 yards or so of the railway station like this one, all similar in price, but with a different atmosphere. Choose this one for the beer selection and outdoor seating.

Good pub, expect bartenders with earpiece and plenty security at the weekend. Great back garden, which weirdly closes at 9:30pm, bit too early in my book. Service relatively quick. Live music was good, bouncer with a stab vest acting a bit the daddy cowboy.

This place is very popular with local South Africans kiwis and Aussies. They have a good menu of typical pub food. During the summer they have an outdoor kitchen that caters for the outside area and they do things like barbecues. It's a great place for entertainment on a Friday or Saturday night because it's quite lively. It's definitely for a younger crowd because it's so lively.

If you fancy a rowdy dance night out on a Friday or Saturday night then this place is great! Live, energetic acoustic music (kaiser chiefs, Ed sheeran , oasis, mumford and sons et al) at high volume and everyone merry on a few jars. Loads of fun! Get there before 8 because queues will develop later a d as good as it is, it ain't worth queuing for. You get the occasional nobber who is a bit fighty but not too often, and it is three deep at the bar all night and the bar staff are all on ketamine or something. Theres no way they can naturally be that slow. However it's always a fun night usually with a story to tell the next day. During the week it becomes a yummy mummy meeting spot during the day. Only enter if you can stand the sound of squealing. Or don't mind listening to over entitled 30 somethings moan about their latest manicures. In the evening it's the after work crowd, a not-too-hard not-too-easy pub quiz tuesdays, and most major sports are on the two big screens. Worth booking a table if you want to sit down. A reasonably good destination pub with plenty to keep you entertained.

It is very entertaining. Besides the decoration and the atmosphere is great.
