E. H.Modern pub with a terrace on the river. Windy terrace so can be cold outside. Good food selection. Large drinks selection as well.
L. S.Good food and good service. We ordered the fish & chips, steak & chips and salmon & barley dishes. The restaurant interior is nice and if you get a table outside you get a nice view of the river. The only let down was that the toilets were unclean.
E. M.We celebrated our Christmas Party several times in the past. But this year was the best party ever. The Waterside Event Organiser Armelle was really organised from start. We were given a personal go to person "Nadia" on that evening who looked after our needs. The staff in general were very professional. It was delightful to have someone to rely on and be looked after that evening. Food came on time and was superb. We highly recommend The Waterside. Until next time

J. H.It was my second visit and a nice experience. The place was very busy and in spite of ordering only 2 coffee service was very good. I also noticed that they are dog freendly and allow you to bring dog inside. I will definitely go back again
G. G.Organised a work event here. Booked the Balcony Bar with private bar and a selection of food boards. Staff were very friendly and the food was really good. Very attentive service and an excellent venue. Would recommend for anyone wanting a casual, laid back evening. Lovely. Thank you!
P. P.Good local pub! The venue is pretty with views to the Thames, long drinks menu and the food is tasty. Great for parties. They have 3 really nice rooms you can hire.
Z. G.I live in the new development above so I am kinda a regular at the pub and finally, after 7 years we have finally been served by such a polite and attentive lady. We have originally thought she was the owner but it turns out she was a new hiree. Jeanette was very kind, pleasant and even when I was not pleased with one of my orders she immediately apologized and made sure I was gonna be satisfied with the solution provided. Full of energy and kindness something you don't encounter often, in general. Definitely a pleasant presence in the space. Always keen to chat to her once I see her since that evening as it makes you smile and makes you feel comfortable and welcomed in the space.
