S. M. (.
Great looking building from the outside, nice on the inside to. Very good selection of real ale and others to.. freindly staff.. plenty of board games to play to, hopefully they have no peices missing 😄 ideal place to go while waiting for the foreshore to appear before a bit of larking around.
K. N.
Had a Christmas lunch here with a group of friends plus young children and it was fantastic. The food was delicious and timely and we were taken such good care of by Agnes: thank you! Having the upstairs room was also perfect, with space for the little ones to play. Thank you for being so accommodating and making our Christmas meal special.
J. S.
Absolutely love this place. The staff make it. They are friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious. It's the time of pub where you are so comfortable you could spend all day. Tina served us and she was lovely. This place is a gem!
j. p.
recently discovered this little gem but not a fan of some of the beers but lovely atmosphere and if your planning on an afternoon in there they have a large selection of board games and if you dont fancy alchohol their happy to do coffee
G. C.
Friendly Fullers pub with a good selection of real ales, lagers, ciders and spirits. No sports TV and the restaurant is currently closed. Nonetheless it's well worth a visit if you're nearby and thirsty.
U. C.
A nice traditional corner of street pub used well by local residents. Good seating area outside too. Friendly staff with a good pint of pride served too.
C. O.
It's a nice and clean place. It was really fun, staff was nice drinks were good we all had a good time. Thank you
D. T.
A most delightful visit on a Sunday evening after being given a reality check by the English rugby lads at Twickenham. Cheered me up no end. A lovely bright pub on bankside, near the Tate Modern and the Neo development. A great ambiance, loads of beers, cask and keg to choose from. Also , wines and spirits aplenty along with a small but all encompassing menu. There is a lovely dining room upstairs (toilets are hidden up here too). It's a great pub because it is happy and has staff that clearly like being there and offer a great welcome. A soon to be Sunday lunch venue methinks!
D.
Great traditional London pub, good variety of well kept beer.
S. C.
Enjoyed a lunch in the sun here. The staff were friendly and atmosphere what you would expect from a Fuller's chain. I had burger and wings to eat. Wings were great but the burger was just ok not amazing hence 1 star down.
T.
Proper pub with good ales and decent food. Very convivial. Good outdoor space
J. S.
This is a fine old fashioned pub with a central serving island serving an open area with good seating and table service via an ap. Staff are very pleasant and helpful.
A.
Very nice place, a lot of board games and good beer. Friendly staff.
D. Š.
A nice place to sit with friends and chat at the beer. The pub is very stylish, it will delight lighting that is not very strong and creates a stylish atmosphere. Service don't go to tables, you have to bring yourself. The beer was rather average, the noise was fine.
M. L.
Good, old fashioned pub - wood fire and everything. There at lunch time and choice of sandwiches and meals.
R. H.
Popped in to cry into my pint, man loosing a friend sucks. Just so happened I managed to pick a bloody good pub to have a breakdown in. Good beer and friendly staff. Highly recommended
R. N.
Saw about 10 comedians at an open mike comedy event. It was fun. Food was good, too. Beautiful pub.
j. l.
Great London pub with some cosy indoor seating and outdoor covered area too. Prices reasonable and staff polite
K. R.
Popped in after a visit to Tate Modern. Wife had the Sunday roast, I had a smaller bite. Very satisfied with the food. Fullers pub, so a nice selection of beers. And the staff is excellent!
S. V. E.
Love this place with the outdoor seating option. Staff are really friendly and drinks arrive so quickly through the app. The vegan burger option could be a bit better presented and flavoured with sauces and toppings etc, but the chips were so good it made up for it.
R. K.
They have best kitchen chef? Food perfectly done ✔️ Very recommended 👌
L. E.
Lovely traditional boozer near the tate modern. Just off the beaten track enough to avoid the tourists which is perfect.
R. M. J.
Great staff, nice music not too loud, loads of board games,...and a few fun quirks
L. D.
They help us with toilets and hot water, full of nice people, traditional, friendly and helpfull staff, super! Only glases in garbage - not broken, was surprised me - why?!?!
H. S.
Great pub, good Sunday nut roast and fabulous, helpful and friendly staff!
First time here as just passing but we'll definitely be back.
Thanks all involved. Good to be out again!
L. B.
Lovely pub food. Friendly staff.
Outside seats with heaters
M. A.
Pleasent staff, good prices. Fire place inside, cosy vibe. Simple pleasures with nothing to complain about :)
T. S.
When we were there it appeared it had just reopened after a refurbishment. Very nice and good choice of beers on tap. Outside seating and lots of seating inside. Staff very nice too.
O. D.
Went here for drinks after work and we took advantage of the Dusk app free pint of Guinness promotion.
Decent pint.
Friendly bar staff.
Smashed the Guinness challenge.
Outdoor area a bit cramped.
L. S.
Lovely old fashioned pub . Nice friendly staff.
M. K.
Nice vibe - certainly on the more expensive side of life so far as a pint goes!
S. R.
We visited on a Friday evening and the set up for compliant socialising outdoors was 5/5 as the terrace was sheltered and warm.
However, we were left disappointed after ordering food at 20:01, only for the waitress to return at 20:04 and explain the kitchen was not just closed, but the chef had turned everything off and nothing could be turned on again. There was absolutely nothing she could do. Apparently the kitchen closed at 20:00.
A strange policy that I suggest the management reconsider.

🍺 £5.10 San Miguel
❤️ Decent Fullers pub located a few minutes walk from The Tate Modern and Shakespeare’s Globe.
📊 Information correct on visiting 27/10/17

Tbf that was an accident, I went in there last night and the staff were very friendly. Lovely pub. Good selection of beers (Rating amended).
K. N.
Dog friendly - vegan options on the menu. Excellent service
A.
Busy pub, good choice of beers. Did not eat here.
B. G.
Good service from the staff and manager. English pub, with real ales and lagers, but limited food menu. However good Value for money. Will go back again when in Southwark.
T. L.
Lovely bar just near the place we were staying. Good selection of beers and pub food. Recommend.
I. H.
Superb haddock and chips and BBQ chicken can't fault the food or service absolutley wonderful and both of us are now stuffed!, will definately be back
g. b.
We had a table outside, great atmosphere, good location, good selection of drinks at reasonable prices, will definitely return. Best part of the pub was the service of Colin - super friendly and knowledgeable, suggested some great deals, Colin is the man!
A. L.
Lovely pub , unfortunately almost always packed even the tables on street. Staff could be a bit more busier, sometimes you can wait like an hour for a 🍺. Never tasted the food except chips so can’t rate it. In general the location is great and during the summer the terrace outside is very nice
A. G.
What a lovely pub
Good beer, delicious deserts
Spiderman teapot

A. P.
Cheery staff, good beer and entertainment if you want it.
E. M.
Had our first visit to the White Hart yesterday to meet friends who were in the area. What a find! Friendly welcome, all the staff were cheerful and we definitely got service with a smile. Excellent food, the Sunday roast was absolutely delicious and an amazing Yorkshire pudding! Burgers also went down well. Desserts were very good too. The atmosphere in the pub was relaxed and friendly. The music was at a perfect level and excellent choice. We spent many hours there playing some of the many board games available. A fun time was had by all and we look forward to returning.
C. C.
Relaxed central London pub with a good menu, including daily specials. Service was efficient and polite. There is plenty of seating, upstairs and downstairs, and a big pile of boardgames to play while enjoying your drinks. Very easy-going atmosphere.
J. P.
The food was unexpectedly better quality than most pub fare. The wait staff and bartender made our visit even more pleasant. This is a perfect place to eat and drink before or after a visit to the Tate Modern Art Museum which is a two or three minute walk
o.
Friendly staff and great food - not a lot more you could want from a pub. The Sunday roast was lovely and the vegan chilli we also ordered was superb. I would definitely recommend dining here!
N. F.
A great little pub, just a short walk away from the tourist traps of the South Bank, this is the perfect place for a quiet drink before going to Shakespeare's Globe or even a noisy one after visiting Tate Modern. Both are located a few hundred yards to the north and while there are plenty of places in between, none offer the uniquely English ambience of a proper local boozer.
The beer is first class, kept in perfect condition, and the price is reasonable, given the location. The selection varies, and they are happy to offer you a sample to taste so everyone should find something to enjoy. I didn't have the time to try the menu, but the smells coming from the kitchen were tempting indeed and almost persuaded me to abandon my ticket to the play at the Globe
S. S.
The old what Hart was cramped and always packed on a Friday. The new one has a decent pub lunch on. Good for after works drinks. Friendly and tightly packed. Beers are ok. And easy to book a table for leaving drinks whatever. 10 person round will set you back about £65-80
R. M.
Great pub for a quick drink or heavy night. Great location, tucked away to get away from the hustle and bustle of London Bridge but a quick walk to Tate and other great attractions. Bar staff are brilliant. I would avoid Thursday evenings as you get the local offices going for a drink so can get quite busy. Overall 10/10.
R. M.
Nice place for drinks and pretty good roast too.
P. B.
Excellent old boozer with a good range of beers. I used to drink in here when I worked at Tate back in 2000, it's a little more up market now. The large windows give a really nice feel to the place. Staff very nice.
P. A.
Nice pub! Good food and very nice staff.
K. D.
Pricey, but the London Pride was top notch.
Staff were well attentive and courteous.
A. P.
Perfect pub for a post work pint or three. Bit of a squeeze at the bar inside, which can lead to a little delay getting attention, but with a couple of staff on, it's not a lengthy delay. Good beer selection on tap and some space outside make for a great place for a quick pint.
M. B.
Not a bad pub for a quick drink. Staff have always been friendly. There isn't much seating indoors and the bathrooms are pretty poor condition, but it's very conveniently located for a lot of workers on their commute home.
N. M.
Very cozy pub with great location and delicious beer on tap. The fish and chips we ordered was good but came with very small quantities that don't justify the price.
J. B.
Southwark. In the rain. At night. While fat, balding middle aged men laugh like drains, my feet direct me through the green painted door and a through a welcoming smell of humans and beer my mind engulfs the building. The bar, the space, compact. The last time a deer walked here was hundreds of years ago, but I breath it in. Long, in darkness and in comfort this pub resides. Forever.
M. M.
Decent pub on bankside. It's real close to the Tate modern, Southbank and around a 10 minute walk to Waterloo. There is a beer garden of sorts outside the front of the bar. There are two function rooms should you wish to host an event. The range of draught is decent and there are plenty of wines and spirits to choose from. The staff here are friendly. There is also pub grub here if you're hungry.
B. W.
This place has just reopened after being renovated and refreshed. It is now open 7 days a week and serves food, including from The Elk Room upstairs.
I went with a group of 6 and we managed to try most things on the menu. For a pub that didn't previously do food, they've launched with a great menu, fantastic staff and delicious food.
Don't think there was anything over £20 on the menu and most in the £13-£16 range.
The bacon and mozzarella salad was the star of the starters, although the breaded sardines were also really tasty. The gnocchi was a hit, but being a carnivore, nothing says drool like the bacon chop with a duck egg and pineapple sauce.
Have already been back for the Sunday Roast!
U. S.
Great burgers and steak pie. Cornish cider its a "drink of gods". Must be visited
J. S.
Nice Drinks, Nice Atmosphere but Abysmal Prices completely unreasonable and soured our experience how is it ever OK to charge almost £15 for a pint and an amaretto & Coke? It is completely taking advantage of tourists
Update staff saw a pricing error and immediately corrected this with full apology so really helped make this experience much better
m. t.
Love what Fullers have done to the old place. The pub looks lovely now and there is plenty of room however, £6.30 for a pint of Sierra Nevada pale ale is way too expensive
C. S.
Been here a few times after work. Usually quite busy between 5.30 and 8pm.
Can get crowded inside and outside. Monday and Tuesday evenings are usually quieter than later in the week.
Good selection of lagers and ales. Staff polite and attentive. Can get quite noisy inside but otherwise a good friendly atmosphere.
N. W.
Fullers pub, so good range of craft, lagers, and ale. Good a/c, and outdoor space. Only downside is the noise - combo of music and hard surfaces mean it is challenging for anyone vaguely phonophobic. One or the other would be fine. Play music and maybe throw down a rug or two!
O.
Great food, was around the corner from hotel we were staying at. Came back 3 times, all 3 times were amazing. Helpful and kind staff. Was so good I had to make a review. Would definitely recommend.
A. A.
The White Hart hosted our work Christmas dinner 30th Nov 2018. Alex, Blue and the rest of the team were brilliant! The food was excellent and the menu options catered for all tastes and dietary requirements. The upstairs private function room seated 41 of us and created a great atmosphere. You can take your own music playlists and dance the night away!
A. N.
I think I've drank my body weight in beer here, so can't be that bad. Staff are always friendly and welcoming, beers are always cold and carbonated. Coffer drinkers beware - no hot beverages allowed here!
j. w.
Friendly, helpful staff. Great food and beverages. Nice venue
T. P.
This pub is actually ok and the staff do a decent enough job at serving everyone quickly when it is very busy. Prices are reasonable given that we're in central London.
Back in the day you used to be able to spill out of here and crowd around wherever you liked, including on the other side of the road, now due to some council issue (presumably that the area is a bit more residential than it used to be) there is a demarcated area for standing and a gestapo-esque fun policing bouncer to force everyone into a very cramped and uncomfortable outside area. I came home smelling of cigarettes despite standing outside for the whole evening and not smoking.
J. K.
Very nice staff. Good selection even of macro brewery pub. Fullers, I believe..quite nice decor as well, while retaining the public house feel.
K. C.
Nice little pub with friendly staff
J. B.
Nice place likely to be easily found by several groups to meet and have a short drink at a lunchtime or after work. Standard beer selection for a London pub but by no means inadequate.
M. M.
Went for lunch, on Thursday. Loved the menu. The service was the best that could be given. I paid over in error and the Bar man came our with my change. The salads are varied and very reasonably priced. Wonderful afternoon and dog friendly.
P. M.
Really nice place for a chilled out drink. Reasonably priced and has some outdoor seating. Staff are friendly. It has good aircon if you want to sit inside in summer.
S. M.
Beer spot on, Fab food & made to feel welcome 👍👍👍👍
P. C.
Good drinks. Nice quiet location.
G. L.
Great to have the White Hart open again. Beer still well kept. Friendliest welcoming staff. What more could we ask for? Thank you.
E. L.
Great food, excellent beers and better service. At a short walk from tge Tate Modern, Waterloo station and Borough market. Ideally when in the area and trying to scape the tourist traps
R. H.
Great food, excellent beers and better service. At a short walk from tge Tate Modern, Waterloo station and Borough market. Ideally when in the area and trying to scape the tourist traps
Y. 4.
A bit Posh. Trying to look like a traditional boozer but only really caters for the student or theatre types.
Beer good selection but expensive.
Good menu but again mega expensive.
would not go out of my way to visit again
B. D.
Friendly pub in an ideal location. Nice outside area too
D. H.
Really like this place, great area - but they have one lady who has short hair and is generally sour. We've always woven in with the crowd but she always seems frustrated and disappointed to serve us. We've talked to the manager about her but I think we might move locals because it's a bit shabby
N. L.
Great traditional pub tastefully renovated inside and out. Good selection of beers. Fast friendly service.
C. R.
Gorgeous pub, great atmosphere and location. A Fuller's pub, and I worship London Pride, so defo a place for me. Friendly staff and clientele.
S. E.
Good for a quick pint... Not too busy and has seating outside. Nothing fancy but the staff are lovely. Don't expect cocktails, food, music etc 😏🍺
G. D.
Sadly no ESB, but charming barman
C. B.
Good selection of beers on tap & an interior which is modern while also maintaining a classic pub feel. Friendly staff, would gladly visit again
G. R.
Nicely cleaned up during the refurb and seems bigger now.
More choice on the taps than I'm used to seeing in a Fullers pub but still the usual on the pumps.
J. W.
A fantastic pub just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of the South Bank. Good selection of beers, great food, and the staff were really friendly.
K. J.
Nice pub, but session beers are very expensive
a. s.
a tired pub stuck in a holding pattern awaiting a refurb. limited range of Fuller"s worst beers and wine to strip paint with. staff are great and friendly though.
A. L.
Lovely fitted out and decorated pub, good range of Fuller's beers and nice to see it so clean. Credit to the staff
P.
Easily the best boozer in the area. Reasonable selection of beer and well staffed but the big pro's are the outdoor seating and lots of light indoors.
F. T.
Very nice a cute bar
G. C.
Very nice pub since it was refurbished and extended. Friendly staff, excellent selection of beers.
V. S.
Convenient location but the food is basic.
Nice local pub if you want a quick bite and casual experience with friends.
J. W.
Very Cosy atmosphere and friendly staff

Didn't eat here but £17.50 for a wine, beer, packed of crisps and a diet coke is taking the Mickey. Nice barman though...
B. O. B.
Fantastic pub. Staff are brilliant and drinks are perfectly priced. Would 100% recommend.
S. H.
Good pub, feels slightly chaotic at times because of the table layout versus volume of people. That said, high patronage means it is obviously doing things right.
B. S.
Decent atmosphere during the post work hours and usually a guest ale or two. Not the greatest service or the most friendly welcome, but I guess that sort of adds to the charm.
T. S.
Lovely pub. Nice fire inside and good quiet place to stand outside as well
A. M.
Not exactly gourmet but not bad for pub grub. Friendly, relaxed service and perfectly decent food at reasonable prices and dog friendly.
R. N.
Nice pub with outdoor seating, best enjoyed in the summer months. Space available upstairs for large group hire.
R. M.
Good pub hotel. Food is a little pricey but tasty. The kids meal is not very good value at all, but staff are great.
P. C.
I drink here from time to time and always like it. Today I had food for the first time and it was really good, including back nice selection of vegetarian dishes.
L. A.
A new school pub with an old school feel. Only a short walk from the Tate Modern. Good beer and great service.
K. A.
Friendly staff and great beers enjoyed a pint of Camden IPA ...... Excellent
G. J.
Great atmosphere, food and staff
T. B.
Nice location and a good selection if ales going. Quite pricy but it attacts all the post work business drinks in summer, and all the smokers in winter.
G. M.
Fabulous old skool boozer feel. Good variety of beer, good atmosphere in a traditional setting.
A. Á.
It was a quite affordable and good pub for a beer after a long walk. Nothing special with a reasonable selection of beer.
D. S.
Basically this place has a feel of an old english pub, tight space and loud. Good selection of beers though.
J. T.
Good food and excellent service. Air conditioned, spacious and comfortable. They have some board games up the back as well!
o. g.
Lovely food and great ale, in a fabulously quaint setting. Just what we were looking for after a morning of sightseeing 😊

M. A.

(Translated) A beautiful place in London. A typical English pub with a pleasant atmosphere. There are many board games, so if you have time, you can sit and play. Beer is as tasty as food, service is pleasant, cooked quickly, there are desserts. Prices are average. Generally recommended for visits.
