A. G.Cleaner, most appealing. Lights need to be a bit dimmer, you get a fare bit of glare.
Otherwise nice. The barManager was a bit moody. Rest of the staff were farely cheerful and well meaning though.
It's improved with the works been done.
Not bad.
C. C.Bar service could be a bit better, sometimes i felt like the invisible man, usual story, regulars getting served first. Nice enough pub tho, and toilets not in another postcode or up a mountain like most wetherspoons
C. C.feel like a miniature of a community, so cozy to seeing people aged 18-80 enjoy going there
S.It's okay. It was very quiet when I went.
There's an upstairs area too with extra seating.
The layout is very open, which is okay, but it's missing atmosphere. The lights were very bright, which is okay, but it didn't feel right.
While I have nothing against the pub itself, I probably will not be visiting again.
C. D.This weatherspoons is ok but too noisy while trying to eat and the staff are forgetful, for example, ordered fish and we had to remind them about tartar sauce. The tables are dirty and sticky. The woman behind the bar has an attitude problem too
R.Good place for a cheap drink. Held a large an event here so quite spacious. Drinks cheapest in Islington? Yes I think so. Attracts all age groups surprisely. Obviously you have the regulars too (oap) bits a bit boring
