Reviews of Traitors Gate

Awesome friendly people. We stopped in for a beer or two every day we were in London. The manager (Danny) was great. The weather was nice, we were able to sit outside and enjoy our beer. The place it spotless and the food looks great.

Nice food and well priced for London. Cocktail list was basic however well executed. Staff accommodating for me and my girlfriend. Chicken bacon leek pie was 10/10 recommend with mash obvs

During a recent trip to London, Traitors Gate Pub became my family's unofficial dining and drinking location. It is a superb pub with very friendly and efficient staff, great food, and outstanding beer. How I long for a plate of fish and chips or some delicious steak and ale pie!

Great pub with excellent food. Close to Tower of London. Staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend.

Stopped here for before going on to the Tower of London. Really friendly staff, it's absolutely spotless. Food was lovely, well cooked and reasonably priced. This little stop off for lunch was well worth it and made our day. We would definitely look to come here again on another day trip to London. Totally loved the decor

The staff are outstanding and the food is top notch! You will not regret going to Traitors Gate as it is a great time for everyone. The staff have a real personal touch. I felt very welcome.

A very nice pub in a fantastic location. The menu is limited but certainly a case of quality over quantity. Also a big fan of the tunes that play in this establishment. Last but not least, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend highly.

Beautiful pub, food is fantastic, lovely relaxed vibe and nice staff..100% visit again

Super chill, funky little spot. Beautiful, eclectic decor and comfortable atmosphere. Awesome views of Tower Bridge without being right in the middle of the chaos by the water front restaurants and tourists. Really good food, even approved by our annoyingly picky children. DELICIOUS mojito. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Dog friendly! The gentleman that greeted us upon arrival even brought our dog a bowl of water to have under the table with him. Outdoor seating available as well. We could have hung out much longer than our time allowed. We will for sure be back.

Beautiful pub with a great atmosphere.
Staff are very polite & friendly. Had a lovely steak dinner and the cocktails were delicious, would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Highly recommended function room (the vault) downstairs at the venue. Expertly looked after on Saturday, when a group of around 50 guests assembled in the vault. Very well stocked bar in the function room, with welcome drinks prepared in advance and plentiful platters of food brought out at the time requested. Extremely friendly staff, who excelled in their hospitality (special mention to Cori and Danny for all their help through the booking stage and on Saturday).
The most perfect location to hold an event before heading over the Tower of London or other local attractions.

Great selection of beers and friendly staff..

what an astounding convivial place, the staff are as classy as it gets. The food tastes spectacular ( the fish and chips are quite the delectation might I add)
Will definitely be visiting again !!

Been done up really nicely, in a great location but also just far enough out the way to be relaxing. Definitely worth a visit and a stones throw from the station.

Traditional pub with upgraded menu- can't get kale and beetroot linguini at most pubs! Good selections of beer. Bit loud.

I really enjoyed my steak and chips here, which came with a nice salad and large mushroom. Accompanied by McMullens IPA, which was an excellent accompaniment. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Recommended.

Went to Traitors Gate for a Paintvine event in their vault with LLGC. So much fun! The Bartender was very nice and attentive, I loved the layout of the room.

This spectacular restaurant has impeccable service and an amazing aesthetic, not to mention the hospitality of the staff and the delicious food!

Excellent location, very friendly service, good range of drinks. Very attractive pub.

Enjoyable pub with a friendly staff and solid prices (especially given it is in a touristy area). Sadly their kitchen was down during my visit, so I cannot comment on that aspect. Worth dropping by after seeing the Tower of London.

First of all, extremely friendly and helpful staff. I was greatly impressed. Secondly, delicious Sunday roasts were available. I'm generally not a huge fan of roasts, but this one impressed me. Also, for the area, very reasonable, price-wise.

Went there right after visiting the Tower so we were hungry. We sat at our table for 10 minutes before the barmaid told us to order from the bar. Ordering from the bar, we got a pint of IPA and a bottle of cider, and then decided to get the steak pie and the mushroom pie with mash. Sad to say that the best part of the meal was the steamed veggies. The mashed potatoes were adequate, but underseasoned. The steak pie came with some thin gravy and the pie smelled like canned beef. It was mediocre at best, while the mushroom pie was unacceptable, with very few mushrooms in a pale, tasteless sauce. The dough was very thick and substantial. When we complained about the pies, the manager apologized and gave us a refund on the spot. So overall, given it was a tourist spot, not bad, but not great.

Polite and friendly staff, lovely atmosphere, music not too loud which allows you to talk normally. Various seating styles from cosy corner to high up bar stool tables. Staff always checking tables are clean.
I can recommend the beetroot coriander and mint burger. Great value for money.
We will be returning.

Decent staff, venue and drinks. Will definitely visit again!

Good bar which provides a bit of extra class than the Wetherspoons next door if you're happy to pay more. Very good ale but it took a while to change a barrel which was annoying.
