Had a fabulous experience at White Post Bar and café! I visited on a Sunday evening to enjoy a few drinks and everything was perfect! Staff was incredibly welcoming and smiling - thank you! I had an aperol spritz 🍹and it was great! The location is beautiful too with chilled views of the canal 🚣. I thoroughly recommend and will be back very soon 😃

I cannot thank the White Post cafe enough for making our wedding party so special. This is a really good place for a beer or a coffee. Next to the canal in a very quiet and calm neighbourhood in Hackney Wick, not far at all from Olympic Park. Staff is super lovely and it feels like they care a lot about their guests. Food is really great. I had the eggs on sourdough which was very tasty and perfect for as a brunch option. Definitely a place I can see my self spending more time at on a lazy weekend.

Lovely trendy venue with great beer at very reasonable prices and also some sandwiches and bagels. TV screen for sport and also live music and DJ on some evenings. Very comfortable and the service is excellent and very quirky and friendly. They also have a few tables outside by the canal. Great place. We really enjoyed our visit and we will visit again.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team at White Post Cafe, we hosted our party in their space and it looked amazing! The events team and staff were so friendly, professional and easy to communicate with. The space looked magical with all the fairy lights, plants, flowers and candles :-)

The staff is so nice and helpful. I lost my ring under the floorboards of their outside area and Richard (One of the white post's staff) retrieved it for me the next day. Also, the pies are very tasty. I definitely recommend!

Hm, the pie and mash was great really but it was a shame the venue just did not seem ready to reopen after lockdown. They had no outside heaters, only one cover so if it rained we would gave been very wet indeed, the menu options were limited and there were no dessert options at all and the food wasn't hot enough. Missed a trick there as all the other canal side venues were jam packed and making good business but these guys had lots of empty tables. Come on White Post! You can do better! 😘

Now this is more like it. Even in the middle of a pandemic here's some adult planning and continuance of pleasure. I'd abandoned a nearby coffee and snack after the sheer number of unsupervised shufflers around the previous area, and was resigned to hunger when I saw this place. A menu with prices clearly displayed and all the information you need to figure out if that pie and mash is as tasty as it looks. Getting in and placing your order is easy and once you've paid you simply wait outside for your order to be brought out by one of the (I'm assuming they are smiling) staff. As for the pie being tasty? Here's a hint: it is. A few minutes later I'm armed with a decent coffee and a bagged meal (Pieminster no less) to sustain me as the temperature drops to zero. Good food, excellent service and as safe as you could wish for; most definitely recommend this is a reward for your walk or cycle along the path.

Popped in here recently and this place has upped its game since my first visit some years ago. Cosy little spot with plenty of beers on tap, as well as some cocktails. Really lovely, friendly staff running the place giving it a really welcoming vibe.

The great place to work during a day( fast WiFi connection, a lot of big tables with sockets where you could plug in your laptop), chill during afternoons and enjoy life music during a weekends. Very friendly stuff and nice atmosphere. They serving as well nice food and good coffees. And between 5.00 - 7.00pm they have happy hours - half price for all of a beers

Great little hideaway in a bohemian setting. Really friendly and relaxing vibe and next to the canal. It's a hipsters' paradise (lol). Arrived between 5 and 7pm where all drinks are half price! Double G&T and a pint of very good Guinness for £6.10! What's not to like!

I had my 30th birthday celebration at white post cafe and the whole day was fantastic, Richard, John, Dan and Vlad were all extremely helpful and friendly while I was trying to get everything set up and made the organisation side of things easy and relaxed. The space itself was perfect for a shindig, the terrace caught the sun during the day and when it got dark the music set up indoors was ideal for dancing and boozing. We had a great time and i will 100% be back if they'll have me.

Very unassuming entrance from the canal but a lovely place to stop for a coffee or beer and some brunch. They don't do full English but their eggs on smashed avocado on toast was fantastic (and very filling). If it's a nice day it's got a small terrace overlooking the canal. There is a high security fence separating the terrace from the canal but you can still see the canal and people watch the busy canal path

At present, this is a cafe with an attached vintage clothing shop, but it feels like it's evolving into something more. When we were there, builders were working on the outdoor area and I expect that we won't see the true potential of this space until next summer. At the moment it's a decent cafe with some food and beers, comfy sofas and the potential for live gigs (as well as a startling array of Haynes auto manuals). The building is a large former warehouse, and the area dedicated to vintage clothes is as large as some street markets.

The White Post cafe is my fave place in Hackney Wick. The atmosphere is great, the music is great and it's the type of place where the staff make you feel very welcomed and cared for the minute you step inside. Not unimportantly: the coffee is good and the bagels are great, and the price range is right. In fact, I go there as often as I can. To me, White Post is the perfect spot to hang out with a book and have a nice coffee or one of their amazing pastries, do some work on a WFH day and have a drink when happy hour rolls around. The staff are lovely and the vibe of the place is terrific; there's not (m)any places in London like this, and I'm very happy White Post is close to home for me!

Perfect venue for a 30th Birthday! My friend and I recently booked the White Post for our 30th birthday and we couldn't have asked for a better venue! Dan and Vlad were super helpful and accommodating and even had the perfect resident DJ (Afromuza - what a gem!) for the night! The space is fantastic and ideal if you're looking to booze and have a boogie. The bar staff were amazing on the night. We couldn't have had a better birthday and will be recommending to all our friends! Big love and thanks again to the White Post team!
