If you come to Deptford high street I can't recommend Winemakers highly enough. If you're looking for a intimate cosy warm atmosphere then please give them a try. The food was truly delicious and Toby the waiter recommend some beautiful wines. You will not be disappointed this place really is a gem. I will definitely be back.

The other reviews speak for themselves, and I am in complete agreement. I stumbled upon this place by chance (a luxury in these pandemic times!) as I had been looking for somewhere to have a drink with a friend after supper at Marcella. Judging by the food here, we could have easily decided to eat here as well - maybe next time! There was a superlative choice of wine; we had some impressive orange wine by the glass, but there was a wide range of choice by the bottle. The bar was very atmospheric; the intimate setting (whilst still maintaining social distancing!) was evocative of a more European style. The service was friendly and efficient, without being over ostentatious. Very highly recommended!

Excellent addition to Deptford/ Cutty Sark neighbourhood. Fans of the natural wine movement will enjoy its well curated selection of wines. A great place for that down tempo late afternoon/ evening if you’re looking for great wine in an unpretentious setting.

I can't recommend the osteopath enough. My should muscle pain which just got worse over the last 2 years suddenly came down after just one session. Want to go here for more and I cannot imagine why I didn't know this place existed before. Suffered through the NHS backlog for thr past 2 years, still didn't get an appointment for physio in the last year. I really didn't mind paying at all for these sessions. I did try a chiropractor at a differnt place before, it was a waste of time and money!

I had a brilliant night here with my family. An excellent variety of wine, and every one we sampled was delicious and individual. The staff member was clearly in his element. The food was also great, with small plates to share (ish). The hispi cabbage and pork belly were highlights, but the menu changes daily so don’t necessarily expect to see them when you go. Ignore the website saying that Winemakers is closed until September (that was in 2018), this place is definitely open and definitely worth a visit.

This place is glorious! It's a great place for dinner, providing you don't mind sharing a table with some randoms. The food here is homely but innovative. The wine list is exciting (as you would expect) and the staff are relaxed and charming, but always on the ball. They also mix a Grade-A negroni.

My favourite neighbourhood restaurant. Incredible food as very reasonable prices from a menu that changes daily. Great wines, lovely laid back atmosphere and a lovely team too. Definitely worth a visit!

What an absolute gem of a restaurant! We've been struggling to find a decent restaurant of late and this was definitely one that stunned with its food and service. From the Lincolnshire poacher soufflé perfection to possibly the best pasta I've ever had. Pasta? Yes that's right, the fettuccini laced with a rich garlic sauce with girolles was absolutely stunning. The crab croquetas were served hot and the creamy richness of them was a treat for the taste buds. I could go on with the food! As for the wine, the montepulciano at only £35 for a bottle was beyond smooth. It was the first bottle I've had that hasn't left me with a fuzzy wine head which is testament to the high quality biodynamic wines they offer. Even the dessert wine was something not to be snuffed at when it was so rich and fresh. In summary a phenomenal find in an up and coming neighbourhood. If this was a place in soho the queues would be out the door and it would be impossible to get a table!

Great home made cured meats; mains are some of the most creative, intelligent, well executed and downright delicious I have had recently anywhere in London; interesting and well chosen wines by the glass; service friendly but sometimes less than attentive; all at keen prices. Worth a substantial journey.

Classy addition to the high Street. Nice selection of wines and meats and cheeses, and a pleasant atmosphere with good music. A pioneer for Deptford, arguably before time, but there are signs this won't be out of place in months to come. When they have a kitchen there as an upper end restaurant it will fill a real gap in the Deptford Market.

Originally compiled small plates. Feels very authentic and if I were to put a label on it I'd say British, but basically seasonal ingredients cooked beautifully. Stand out dishes when I went were the pigs blood cake, mussels and cuttlefish. And the bream.. I could go on.
