T. B.Ordered online for scheduled delivery, charged for the food. When the delivery time came, they simply rejected the order. Shan't bother again.
Update: Fair play to the pub, they responded (very quickly), and explained it was a deliveroo issue (which they no longer use) and that I should not have been able to order via them.
Shall go and get some food with them next week and hope it gets up to a 5 star.

J. A.Stopped here just to grab a quick bite to eat with family. The garden was lovely and we ordered lite bites to share. The pork belly in a teriyaki sauce was so good we asked for the recipe. 😋
S. W.Long story short. We turned up en mass thinking it was all booked. It wasn't and it wasn't their error. Nevertheless, we were fantastically accommodated and looked after. Almost 40 of us! Thank you so very much xxx

Nice garden, ideal for outdoors meals.... definitely I recommend to order the fish and chips,.... people made me feel welcome the waiter was very pleasant.

D. C.The standard of pub food in Bearsted in exemplary. Unfortunately, the Fox & Goose has to live in the shadow of its more established siblings. It is by all accounts and nice pub, but lacks the character of the likes of Oak on the Green.
Service is enthusiastic, humble, accommodating and caring. It does need more attention and lacks the professionalism and Precision of its siblings.
It took a while for the food to arrive, but it was quality homemade food. The king prawn and crayfish vermicelli dish was my pick of the dishes. An Asian inspired dish packing bags of flavour from the sesame seed oils and spices. Delicious. The homemade pie was crumbly, and those boiled potatoes were melt in the mouth soft and flavoursome.
Quality food, service needs tweaking, warm comfortable surroundings.

S. M. d. C.This is a great little pub with lovely bar staff and waitresses, very friendly and helpful. The place is well frequented and has a great atmosphere and ambiance...... had Sunday roasts (lamb and rib eye of beef) that were the best pub roast we've had in ages. EVERYTHING was delicious and perfect especially the cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes and gravy I wish I could emulate. Good selection of beers, house white wine was delicious and everything at fair prices. Can't fault the Fox and Goose. Thoroughly recommend.
