K. H.This pub has a lot going for it! Great selection of beers and ciders. Always a nice buzz about the pub. Cozy interior. Great staff. Pizzas are large and tasty. Also live bands. Annual beer festival makes good use of the beer garden out the back. Also people sitting and standing out the front. Live bands.
W. D.I love how they genuinely make you feel like a regular here - doesn't matter whether you are or not. Dog friendly, great beer selection which regularly changes, delicious pizza, regular music, and they really do make you feel welcome.

C. C.Visited for a band (who were excellent). Felt like a 'locals' pub' when we walked in but everyone was very friendly and the drinks were good. Really nice atmosphere with people clearly enjoying the music
A. B.We as a church congregation had our Sunday service there this morning and we are having a few more services there in the next few months. The owners are very helpful in letting us do this. We even had a carol service there when it was open to customers. This was well received by all.
J. C.This is good local pub. Has a pool table and good range of draught beers and lagers on tap. Would by no means describe as a gastro pub but the food is really good especially the pizzas.
