The architecture of this pub fits in really nicely to the residential area surrounding it. Ample space both inside (pool table) and outside (large beer garden). The beer itself is well served with the range of wines and spirits you would expect. Definitely in need of some TLC and some better music (Eminem, Vanilla Ice and a dreadful Bob Marley cover playing). Very much a "lads pub" at the time I arrived but this was my first time so can't comment further.

Not graced the Fox for many years until one miserable cold night. Pleasantly surprised. Very welcoming atmosphere and a lovely little open log fire to boot. Beer on tap was also good. In my case Adnams.

As Good as local pub go... The music can be loud at night making conversation abit awkward.. maybe not the best for a quiet pint late in the evening, but if you off out clubbing after the pub it the place to get in the best mood....

We recently held my son's 21st birthday celebrations at The Fox. It was such a successful evening, I would definitely recommend this small friendly, clean, establishment to anyone that was looking to hold a Special Occasion. Mike and Leanne was fantastic hosts, they got in special requirements that had been asked for. Nothing was too much trouble. They supplied a delicious, fresh Buffet! Every commented on the variety & the freshness of it. Of which I was amazed at the amount of got for money, superd value, thank you for this! It was a fabulous evening, to which it made my Son's 21st birthday a joyful Memorable event! Everyone has since commented on this, saying the same! Thank you Again, to Mike and the team at the Fox. Truly grateful. 👍👏👏

Like stepping back in time 20 years. The welcome familiarity of sticky carpets, a proper bar, pool table and a squad of loyal ageing drinkers. Mustard.
