C. W.I had a roast it was lovely only little bit of a criticism is the serving utensils was extremely too hot to handle i used several napkins wrapped round the handles serve my veggies. This could be a issue and some one can easily burn themselves. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. Would i go back again definitely xxx
J. B.We were welcomed by Emma who wished me a Happy Birthday which was very nice. She explained how to get our carvery meal where the drinks machine was and laid the table. Lovely service, great meal, really good value. Would highly recommend. Very warm, friendly service provided by Emma will definitely be back soon.
R. M.The family and I enjoyed a very tasty roast dinner. The roast meat is cut in front of you as you are being served and not dry or rubbery. The potato's are excellent and veg is in plentiful supply! The staff were all very busy but still had the time to speak to you and ensure you were happy with your meal. Nothing was a bother for them.
V. D.We were asked to sit in the bar to wait for our table to be ready. We seemed to have been forgotten about, as several other parties came in after us and were seated immediately.
However, once I reminded the staff that we had been waiting, we were seated and served straight away.
The food was very good and plentiful as usual, and with my discount voucher, we had a massive roast for very little money.
Overall very much enjoyed our visit.

G.Your roast is excellent, I had turkey and lots to go with it was all hot, nothing was over or under cooked, a pint of Stowford Cider perfectly chilled, and sticky toffee pudding for dessert and it even had dates in as it should. It was extremely busy and my server was rushing about but she still made time to be polite and friendly. The only thing you could improve is the espresso martini that I finished the meal with, while I appreciate £ 4.99 isn't much for a cocktail it is very obvious that it is a premix out of a bottle, its over sweet and not much alcohol, charge a bit more and make it better. It was invented in the Americas bar in the Savoy and I have had them there, while I don't expect you to compete with the Savoy, you do everything else really well so it needs improving.
r. b.Well plenty parking. Soffie and Cadee made us welcome. Not booked but fitted us in. Nice carvery. Menu also do starter, sharers toby tasters puddings sundaes . Also fish vegetarian and vegan.
M. B.The food and atmosphere were superb.. Couldn't fault the range on offer. The meat was superb and everything was so fresh and piping hot. Exactly what you expect from a big name like Toby!
But didn't go all to plan.. As a visit to the toilets was to be the failing of this establishment.. The toilets were absolutely disgusting... So bad that I'm glad I have a string stomach as I was absolutely stopped in my track at the state of the toilets.. And my wife and daughter used the female toilets and thought the same... Such a shame as the rest of the building was superb... And this part ruined the evening.. I'm affaid it will take alot for us to visit again.
