A good bar in central Manchester, with great prices on beer (and I think cocktails too)! Has good music, good vibe, and nice people working. Deserves a visit!

Cheap... and I mean cheap! 2 pints of San Miguel £6! Don't get me wrong, it's a bit of a hole .... which character, maybe. But deffo an experience with cheap beer. Brilliant for stags or groups for a few starters

Bar Rogue & Wave have made huge improvement from the shoddy venues they were just 6mth ago. The fridges are 95% fully stocked, the place is clean and the majority of the beer and spirited are still cheap as chips. The staff are fast on their feet when they need to be and have a great rapor with the customers old an new. The New food menu in Rogue is amazing. I have the Nachos and Kesadia's an they tasted as good as the photo I took looks. The New Cocktails they do are so tasty and 2 for 1 at £8.95 you cant go wrong as well as £1.75 a pint, there now just great venue's to come and relax, eat and party late into the night in club nights.

Bar staff great. Furniture in places is worn and getting on for dangerous. Good prices average cleanliness. This is a central Manchester bar close to Piccadilly train station where you can get a pint of San Miguel for 2.65.. if that's what you're looking for I dont need to say much more

Visited this bar as part of a stag party and was surprised at how cheap the alcohol was especially if you bought pitchers. These were only £6 each and went down really well. We got in quite early, 10:30pm and it was fairly quiet but by 11:30 the place was alive and everyone had a great time.

Ah yes, the old bar wave. My mates and I have been here many times over the last few years. We even came on on wedding night! Most drinks are 2 quid so you can't go wrong! It's known as a rough and ready but friendly place for people of all ages (teenagers to 70+), shapes, sizes, nationalities and races. Good tunes, good sound system, free entry, free parking just round the corner. Bar rogue next door is not dissimilar. Tunes are more r'n'b, drinks are slightly more expensive but it does stay open later. We've had some good times in both of these venues (wave in particular) and know doubt we'll be back for more.

Impossible to get a drink. 4 bar staff for whole of club. 60 people waiting at anyone time. Bought one drink in 3 hours. New staff seem to be overcharging then backing down when youquery the price. Toilets need to be knocked down and rebuilt. Doors not closing or fitting due to been kicked in several times and reput on again. The bar needs to stop serving'Shots' taking up far too much time people viewing the triangle card menu deciding on what flavour they want when the queue 40 people at the bar unnecessary waste of serving time.

We start our nights here , cheap drinks , good atmosphere , good music . Never found fault . Came in on FA cup final night expecting it to be hammered with people celebrating our home team winning and the possibility of trouble . I was so wrong the door staff was on the ball with who they was letting in and once inside there was no glass bottles aloud just incase trouble broke out . My friend ordered a drink that came in a bottle and unfortunately the member of staff behind bar forgotten to pour it into a plastic glass no sooner had she put it on the table and doorman came over and explained there was no glass bottles aloud and went and got her a plastic glass instead . Well done to all staff especially the door staff for staying vigilant and keeping bar wave the fun friendly place iv grown to enjoy visiting.

Very good palce to enjoy ur night in manchester and very very cheap as well. But most import the boudiguard outside had very vert very good good behavior and reasonable people bossman and bossman 2 .ps if ur net allowed to get in or get kicked out could be very big reason . Ps . Sorry about my english.thats about bar rogue ... And for Bar wave very good place, cheap as well. One girl barista i couldnt get her name but know how to deal with costumer and boudiguard vitto and samm god bless them they realy know how to handle people i gett kick out in most good way that i couldnt argue with them .. Part of the Britania Hotel. Both serve cheap drinks Mon to Thu afternoons. Bar Rogue becomes a night club in the evening. Limited food menu in both bars. Bar Rogue has several window seats overlooking portland Street.
