WOW!! From a none Pizza loving guy.. I am compelled to write a review. Establishment, clean, fresh, contemporary. Staff, attentive & very pleasant. W/C ( Important ) very clean. Most importantly.. The food! Stone baked Pizza to DIE for! I could actually spend a whole evening in this place, maybe share a Pizza, followed by a few drinks, followed by more Pizza sharing. 8.1 miles from my house.. Next time I will be taking a taxi and enjoying a full evening ( mouth watering as I speak ) and I DON'T EAT PIZZA 😯 Until now 😋

Dec 2022:: .....still as good as last time. The Festive Pizza, shame it's not served by Santa himself though 🎅 Dec 2021: Festive Pizza is back! Absolutely awesome! May 2022: Review Update: Still one of the best places in Prestwich for drinks, atmosphere and pizza. Everyone here is super friendly and welcoming and we love it. Early morning fresh coffee, cake, or a pastry from The Hatch to start a day, especially on a sunny morning! A Cuckoo breakfast, or stone-baked Pizza for lunch is well recommended. Satriale or Pepe Bradock is our favourite. Dog friendly inside and out. The outside seating area is open, but has a brilliant canopy for when the rain starts and infra-red heaters for when it gets chilly. 'The Library' downstairs is a great place to relax and chill with friends, read a book or play a few games. On a lovely sunny day the outside back transforms into a Mediterranean utopia. Alfresco pizza and cocktails here and you could literally be anywhere. We're really looking forward to the expansion and can't wait to see what happens next! I've added a few extra photos from previous visits.....

I really loved the feel of the place. Arrived at 8.30 on a Friday. My fave cocktail wasn't in the list. The staff had no issue fixing this and getting me what I wanted to drink. Love this liitle beauty. Fantastic staff x

Vegan review: Options are clearly marked on the menu, vegan cheese can be added to the pizzas (for £2 extra, there was also an extra charge for alternative plant milks) - that’s what I opted for, a hirsch pizza with vegan cheese! It was tasty, the base was thin and lovely. You can’t book tables, you just have to turn up. There was loads of space for us though!

Great find. Authentic oven baked pizza. Traditional flavours & some new fusion options too. Cocktails were smashing. Layout & design very inviting. Loved the cubby hole with walls decorated in old mixtapes! Accessible bathroom on the ground floor.

Laid back vibe in this very cool little gem in the heart of Prestwich. Really great food, I ordered a falafal and hummus starter wghich was honestly some of the best I've ever tried. I had a simple buffalo mozzarella salad for main and again it was superb. I sneaked a bit of my husbands pizza which was also top quality. Lovely outdoor seating and a very cosy downstairs area with fairy lights and books. Will definately be going again :)

Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Very reasonably priced menu. Great quality food. This was our first visit, we would definatley recommend to couples, groups and families. Menu is not extensive however there is enough choice without being overwhelmed. The gin is recommended also.

Very cool place to visit for a great coffee during the day. We love popping in here every Thursday after our sons Kiddies Club. Like I say, the coffee especially the Latte's are the best in Prestwich. Great vibes here. Chilled & cool. A unique setting for a catch up or a small work meet up. The pizzas are banging too. Apparently they do Cinema nights too through various week night's. Definitely worth checking out. They have a very cool downstairs seating area. Keep up the good vibes Cuckoo. See you soon ☕ 🍕

Came here as it’s opposite our mates glasses shop. Such a perfect night. The pizzas were to die for and the service was flawless. Dined Al fresco with beautiful vegan pizza, Jammie Dodger cake, chocolate Biscoff marshmallow cake and hot chocolate all vegan! A great selection of food and all the pizzas can be made vegan. Oat and soya milk for drinks. Always a welcome stop after cycling or walking in Drinkwater Park. Sorry no pics. The food was so delicious it was gone before we started! 😂 Lovely friendly staff. It's got a nice modern feel, a bit subject to scene tax (relatively expensive) but it's had a lot of money spent on the build so I guess it's got to pay that back. Portions aren't great, but maybe I'm a bit greedy? Positives are it's got a young cool vibe, the basement area is like a little romantic grotto when the lights right. They have a cute beer garden (yard) and the platters and pizzas are goodish value. Cocktails are super and weirdly get better the more you have?

Cuckoo is a well established and well-loved hub of the Prestwich community. Exactly the quality coupled with community that Prestwich requires.
