Been going here years and years, management went down hill up until recently. The new owners are super welcoming and are always chatty/funny! Would recommend ☺️

This venue couldn't have been more accommodating. I booked the function room way in advance of today for my son's 4th birthday party and I have rang on several occasions with different questions etc and each member of staff I have spoke with have been more than happy to help. Today went great and my son had an amazing time. Again the staff on site were very helpful, easy to talk to and just all round very pleasant. I would highly recommend Moorside Farm to anyone and I will definetly be using them again in the future. It's a shame it isn't a bit closer to where I live as I would love this place to be my local

We held our wedding vows renewal reception here last week, all the staff were absolutely amazing all day letting us in early to set up, they helped store our buffet to keep it cool and fresh and brought it out in the evening hadand set it up. 1st time visit New owners, went for lunch obviously kitchen closed for refit fair enough, decided to stay for a few drink few days later ended up with a surprise parking fine letter for £100 went back to the pub who dealt with the fine promptly and assured It would be resolved. Thank you

Been revamped in the many years since I was last here. Much nicer, but seems to have been done piecemeal / with no overall concept. However, comfy, welcoming and freindly, reasonably priced beer and. Shame no tea / coffee etc.

Been here twice since the refurb which was probably about October. The venue still has no Highchairs available after 2 months but claims to be a family pub. Shame because Moorside is a nice setting.

Just enjoyed some lovely lunch after church this morning my daughter had the kids cheese pasta and garlic bread and dint leave any we shared the sharing platter for 2 which was lovely and the cheese and onion baguette which came with salad and the baguette was lovely and warm the chef was lovely and the bar maid was very helpful will defo be calling in again for food.

Not been for years, and for anyone who has seen the pub scene in American werewolf in London then you will know on how we was greeted, other than that staff was ok and we got out ok. Maybe we won't stray from the path again for a long time.

Located on the side of an industrial estate with reasonably priced drinks. Can be a bit rowdy at times with some choice language around the bar area from some of the locals. This I'm told has put people off revisiting.

Came to Mooreside pub Saturday 10th March 2018 to celebrate my husband's 60th Birthday with family and friends, We was not disappointed staff looked after us all the time we was there. I asked if they would put a couple of trays of sandwiches and sausage rolls on. It was well above our expectations and presented really nicely with plates and servettes lovely.
