Reviews of Sadler's Cat
G. W.
Great bar that sits a little out of the way in the city.
Being ran by Cloudwater you can expect some top beers as well as other guest ales.
Great outdoor space that really hits the sun just after lunch time.
Only issue is I would like to see the outsiders seating be non smoking like lots of other craft places are now doing. 👍🏻
L. O.
Cloudwater bar with ski lodge vibes. Drink 2/3 so you can try more beers. Defo worth a few hrs of your time. There was a soul DJ there on Sat night spinning some great tunes, but still at a volume for a good chat.
S. I.
A nice pub, first time we visited it, the staff are really friendly and there's a great selection of interesting beers (do try the Happy). Prices are very reasonable for a city centre pub.
We drank inside so didn't experience the outside area which is covered and heated, it looked good though, maybe next time when it's a bit warmer!
M. D.
Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Lots of Cloudwater on tap as well as guest stuff. Cask and keg. Bar snacks available.
C. R.
Amazing new place. Must visit. Huge outdoor area, amazing beer selection, natural wine, vinyl DJs.
L. J.
Really great. Apparently it's part owned by cloudwater now so it has a lot of their drinks which is great. I decided to treat me and my friends to one of the bottles when we were there and it didn't disappoint. Only annoying thing is you get absolutely no phone signal in there which was a bit of a hassle, kept having to go outside to check my phone as I was trying to review the drinks on untapped! Will definitely be back though.
S. L.
What a great place. Right next to my office. Staff were lovely and remembered our drinks. Also the Hot Cider was yummy 😋
D. J.
A nice little spot for a craft beer. When the suns out the tables outside are brilliant and I love there there’s a taco shack.
O. O. (.
Lovely little outpost from cloudwater. Tucked away between buildings, it's a stone's throw away from Manchester Victoria station and a short stroll from The Northern quarter.
Great selection of beers on tap and in cans. Plus plenty of wines and spirits for those not into craft beer.
Certainly worthy of a visit.
M. H.
Great craft beer brewery and really good music on Saturday night.

Great pub and staff, nice section of beers available.

M. F.
Dog friendly with a wide array of beers on cask and keg, not just Cloudwater. Great beer food too!
D. B.
This is a HUGE place with an enormous plaza to enjoy as well. Truly wonderful selection of Cask and keg ales with a wide range of prices to match, so choose carefully.
M. B.
Great to see this venue in use again, brilliant range on keg and the promise of cask lines to be introduced.
Staff were friendly and helpful, very chill space.
D. b.
Great attentive staff and good choice of drinks. Good atmosphere 👌
O. “. F.
V decent selection of beers and nice atmosphere. You wouldn't think you were next to the arena which feels like a bad flashback to 90's Manchester in comparison.
D. H.
Great beer selection. I had a good chat with the barman about beer too.
M. K.
Unexpected visit ends up with fee drinks with my sis'. They got decent local craft beer, some food as well and friendly environment with good vibed people.
j. w.
Interesting pub. If you're into craft beers its a good option. Be a good summers day venue in any event.
S. H.
Great place, probably my favourite bar in Manchester - the combination of fantastic beer, great venue, and top location is unbeatable!
K. S.
Decent pub, service was good. Limited seating inside. No mainstream beers e.g. Stella, Kronenberg but what they had was decent.
l. t.
Food is amazing. Nice Bar with nice staff on a well kept square
S. H.
Lovely place with lovely staff. No phone reception so need to use the WiFi which they provide.
Please clean your urinals. They're disgusting and stuff is growing out of them
D. W.
First stop out of Victoria station, cross the road from the station & take a right up Hanover Street, it's on the left on a square. Highly recommended for its selection of craft keg beers but also offering a few good cask beers too
S. T.
A great pub, lots of character, blast from the past with Juke box but quiet enough to still talk. Lots of nice beers to chose from including Belgian beers, and a cosy atmosphere. Definitely worth a return visit :)
M. T.
Great atmosphere. I know it's in safe hands with Cloudwater.
L. D.
Good atmosphere inside, friendly and attentive staff. Also good range of drinks and ace place to sit outside
D. D.
Lovely relaxed spot with Cloudwater on draught.
P. R.
They serve the best beers (Cloudwater). Very warm and cosy. Highly recommended
B. E.
Visited for the Trillium tap takeover as part of the Friends and family and beer fringe event.
It looks a bit odd to be honest, kind of temporary...but also like it should be on a beach in Cornwall.
However the beer range is superb with some awesome craft beers and a solid cask line up too.
Google maps make it look like a bit of a trek, however it's literally around the corner from the Arndale shopping centre.
The general location, the open aspect and outdoor seating would make this a must visit during the summer.
A. P.
Lovely beer. Staff lacking enthusiasm, fair. Would recommend Marlborough Sounds for any fans of pale ales out there.
A. R.
Really great atmosphere, great beer options with very good street food
N. H.
Really cool pub. A bit of a hidden gem - though I expect not for long. Great selection of ales. And nice smelling grill outside but I didn't test the food. Will go back.
N. C.
Fantastic craft beer joint tucked out the way close to Victoria station. Just need to lose the non-facemask wearing facemask police bouncer style chap on the door. He’s doing no favours for your business or Covid. If you are going to employ someone for that thankless role make sure they pay lip service to the task themselves.
K. N.
Great staff, lush range of beers usually. Optimal place to buy train beers take out. Indoor and outdoor seating. Would be nice to have the music quieter - no need to be so loud if we are chatting not dancing
D. H.
Great beer selection. I had a good chat with the barman about beer too.
D. M.
Really cozy bar with great outdoors searing and grand selection of beers
P.
Decent pop up bar type. Ita hidden away next to the co-op. The array of beers are good and the sandwiches arw very nice.
Onky problem was the limited outdoor space. The place has around 6 large garden tables and benches but the area they sit on is limited. There is a huge square in front of the bar with perimeter seating but you are not allowed to take your drinks or food into this area. Bit disappointing with the limited space.
J. W.
They may as well have put my own tunes on and hooked me up to an IV of Cloudwater. Delightful.
A. W. (. C. T.
Great selection of Cloudwater and guest craft beers aswell as spirits and other beverages.
D. b.
Great attentive staff and good choice of drinks. Good atmosphere 👌
A. C.
Nice bar from the Cloudwater brewery. Nothing fancy at all but you get everything you need. The staff were friendly and the service good. Great selection of beers from Cloudwater and some guests and collab. Definitely worth a visit if you're into your craft.
S. J.
Quick and clean service during Covid-19 lockdown easing in July 2020. Order in app. All staff in masks. Distanced seating.
M. C.
Fantastic gem of a bar in Manchester. Staff were friendly, plenty of taps and casks of beers to sample. Lovely atmosphere in the square outside which is a total sun trap!
Loved the Wylam Brewery Tap Takeover they had on over the Easter Weekend.
Cant wait to visit again!
H. J.
My favourite bar in Manchester. Always a lovely selection of beers and good music. I love to come here on my own or with friends. They also have great coffee, sandwiches and oh my god that cheese plate with olives!
R. N.
Best place to chill out in the sun! Great service at the bar!
L. K. H.
Not sure really what this place is, but the beer selection is great and the staff is friendly. We just had a few drinks, but definitely a place to hang for a longer night. Not sure if they do food, but drinks were great. Recommended indeed!
T. W.
Excellent beer choice and a fun pub quiz on a Wednesday.
C. H.
Good atmosphere, great seating outside if the weather's nice. Sleek and modern interior. Very good craft ale selection. Happy hour is good value
G. B.
Friendly staff and quite atmosphere, at least when we were there between 14:00 and 16:00. Wish I had tried the sandwiches, because they looked amazing. One with meat, one vegetarian and one vegan.
V. S.
Another great addition from Clowdwater, sporting all their current beers plus guest ales!
L. H.
Great place, hidden away for a nice drinking experience...we go everytime we see a show in Manchester arena and stay over in a nearby hotel ....
R. D.
Awesome pub with a great selection of beers and lovely outside space when the weather rise good. The doughnuts and cakes also looked great.... Will be trying them on my next visit!
S. K.
Excellent craft beer bar with a great selection of craft keg beers.
T. D.
Came on Friday!
Great bar and good service
I personally struggled with the app due to no service - so WiFi details on table would be good
Otherwise great selection of cracking beer 🍻
See you again soon
P. W.
They had Cloud Water on tap. What more do you need to know?
Really relaxed atmosphere, staff were very friendly
M. M.
Extensive selection of keg and cask beer. Pricey but you are paying for quality. Outside seating available too.
j. p.
A very nice bar with huge sitting area in summers you can find food stalls, they serve delicious food
S. F.
Great pub on the edge of a public space. Great craft beer / cider choices with a huge range of spirits etc too. Nice atmosphere, hasn't every been too busy when we have been in - just nice. Bar staff are great - you'll get served exactly when it's your turn!
G. G.
Good beer choice with bar snacks available. Nice retreat away from the bustle of the city with the bonus if a inner city beer garden.
P. C.
Good cloudwater beers, but to order a beer is hard work. Understand this might be early hurdles so hope it’s rectified soon. I loved pilcrow - so hope it can be as good, with maybe a few more guest beers too. 😘
B. L.
I'd definitely recommend this place. It has a good beer selection, with top quality breweries like Gamma. It has a very cool modern Scandi design aesthetic. I go quite regularly for a quick drink if my train is delayed at Victoria.
K. S.
Loved the vibe! And great choice of craft beer
R. T.
Great place to go for outdoor seating and some craft beers. Would be my go to place whenever with Friends in Manchester
B. K. O.
Great selection from the Cloudwater-brew..
S. T.
Good seating both inside and outside. Central location 5 minutes walk from Victoria Station. Small snacks and warm food (toasties, craft scotch eggs) available and fairly priced. Fantastic beer selection, all craft, reasonably priced, I'm a Local card discount for residents, friendly staff. Worth a visit for sure!
I. W.
Cloudwaters place in town. Great beers and friendly staff.
R. L.
Nice place hidden between buildings which I knew nothing about until a friend took me here.
Variety of craft beers and light snacks to enjoy and you pay what you'd expect for a craft beer in Manchester centre.
Staff friendly and down to earth and it's a nice place to go, I personally use it for a quiet place to talk to friends who want to have a discrete conversation.
J. F.
Unique volunteer built pub with great beer choice.
M. S.
I was over in Manchester this weekend and called into The Pilcrow Pub on Friday night. I had looked it up on Google and saw they do a good craft beer selection and it was also close to our hotel so I definitely wanted to go. It was fairly busy when we got there but we were lucky and got seats at the end of the bar. I had a couple of IPAs which were fantastic, they come in 2/3 pint size but they were happy to pour a full pint and charge a bit extra. Staff were really good and friendly and the drink was really good. I'd definitely go again and would highly recommend!
V. F.
Great little find ...not too busy either.
Live music which was really enjoyable
J. L.
Friendly workers, nice tap list and atmosphere.
K. H.
12 revolving taps, beer fridge for takeaway
P. S.
Quirky, very near Victoria. Cool little place.
Z. T.
Alright selection of craft beers; alright atmosphere. Very poor / unfortunate acoustics - even half full, the place sounded like a million conversations were happening right inside your head. Pretty much impossible to have a decent conversation unless you're willing to shout.
A. W.
This is a great bar, I love it. The selection of beer is excellent. There are usually 2 or 3 cask ales and six or more kegs of varied and interesting craft beer. It's not cheap but the prices are what you would expect for the location and the beer (which is well kept). It's a cosy and friendly place with nice staff and clientele. I hesitate to recommend it only because one of the things I like about it is that I can usually find somewhere to sit as it doesn't get stupidly busy but it's always lively. Probably my favourite bar in Manchester at the moment.
D. R.
Great little place. I think it was designed by students? Good beer of the real ale kind. Good colour coding of types of beer. Nice sandwiches. Big plus is Saddlers Yard. I can grab a pint and watch my 2year old play with his toys, away from busy roads.
E. R.
Hannah is lovely, hope she's there all the time
N. W.
Always an excellent selection of craft beers and stouts. Great, cozy atmosphere. And Manchester eggs! What more could you ask for? P.s. the have a loyalty card that gives 10% off. Handy 😊
T.
Summer beer thing every year just gets bigger and better! Great staff who know their stuff and fantastic beer!
D.
Nice cosy and pints for a decent price
r. t.
Lovely venue, friendly staff and the drinks is are decent
J. L.
My favourite pub in town, super chilled, good music, all in a lovely part of Manchester. All built by locals, very communal.
D. F.
The Pilcrow is great. Hand built by local residents, this place is perfect for a couple of beers after work, or drinking ales late into the night. The beer selection is good to the point of intimidating, but the bar staff are happy to help with tasting and all that kind of thing. There’s also an outdoor bit to sit during the summer, or when it’s not raining in the summer.
S. A.
Corking quirky craft ale pub
D. P.
I'd say that all in all the place is pretty fire. Got some sound craft beers and right next to Victoria Station if you are waiting for a train. I'd recommend. Maybe the only thing is that the seating could be improved: I am not a fan of stools, like something to rest me back on. Do you know what I mean?
J. L.
My favourite pub in town, super chilled, good music, all in a lovely part of Manchester. All built by locals, very communal.
L. F.
Good pint of gluten free beer
A. T.
Make sure you try the Wasabi nuts!
R. L.
Nice place hidden between buildings which I knew nothing about until a friend took me here. …
D. R.
Great little place. I think it was designed by students? Good beer of the real ale kind. Good colour coding of types of beer. Nice sandwiches. Big plus is Saddlers Yard. I can grab a pint and watch my 2year old play with his toys, away from busy roads.
D. M.
My favourite pub for an outdoor drink, especially during the summer days! Great selection of beers.
D. B.
Great beer and friendly service
J. W.
Brilliant little local pub, off the beaten track. They specialise in local craft beers & ales and normally have 2-3 fantastic US style IPAs on.
They run numerous events (pub quiz etc) and offer a small discount for locals via their website.
Not a great choice for large groups as it's normally very busy, especially at 5:30-6:30 as lots of Co-op head office staff visit here (office next door). Also not great for anything other than beers.
S. A. C.
What a gem of a place. A good choice of beers for the hubby and plenty of gins and other various drinks for me too. Food if you want it, great outdoor seating in Sadlers Yard and close to Victoria Station for that cheeky one for the road ( or 2 or 3).
D. A. (.
Possibly the most wonderful craft beer place I've had the pleasure of visiting. The craftsmanship in everything from the stools and tables to the bar itself is immense. And there's always a decent selection on cask and keg here. Visit this place for the build first, and for the beer a close second.
L. H.
Great bar. They regularly have new beers to try. Many different styles and offer a few tasty bar snacks too.
If you live in Manchester ask about the locals card.
J. S.
A lovely place. Studenty, but in a good way. Nice people and an atmosphere that accommodates everyone. Particularly welcome if you are waiting for a train from Victoria (5 mins walk away) and want somewhere civilised to have a drink.
P. G.
Good off the beat modern, trendy, but not in a bad way individual modern pub. Good selection of own brewed drinks.Excellent open space drinking area. Markets and specialist purveyors and music events too.
L. J.
Great beer selection. Plenty of space to sit out
L. y. (.
Great little hangout for when you are in town! Even better in a sunny day as lots
Of seating surrounding the area.
Good selection of beers and drinks, love the small signature cocktails they do!
D. M.
Off the beaten track but worth the search. Good selection of beers on tap and a selection of your usual spirits, some local. Really nice set up, will be a top choice for summer al fresco drinking.
P. B.
Great little bar which is often frequent after work for one drink which turns into many! I’m not a beer/ale drinker so I couldn’t say I fully appreciate the range they’ve got but I know many of my friends do.
My only real gripe is that the lock in one of the women’s bathroom stalls has needed fixing for months and it’s still not fixed. So if you need the bathroom you have to wait for the one stall. It’s only a minor issue but it’s so easy to fix. I just wish they would!!!!
Still a great pub though with an amazing atmosphere
S. W.
Very trendy. I felt decidedly untrendy, yet welcome. Lovely selection of beers although i had no f*cking clue tbh. I went for a blonde that was very hoppy, but delicious. You don't often see a sour too, try It if You see It on the menú. This is Craft beer, no cooking larger. Nice gentle hubub too.
D. C.
Really good pub with a good selection of beers. When I went their card machines weren't working and it was quite busy so couldn't get a seat. Wouldn't say I have an amazing experience overall so I'll give it a 4.
A. B.
Relaxed but styled vibe, with an excellently curated and kept local beer selection. Modern rustic and cosy feel, and lovely outdoor space. Local bakery supplies boutique scotch eggs and indulgent sweet treats.
J. L.
Much more ‘entry level’ beer selection than Port Street or Beermoth but nice location on the old CO-OP square and interesting little building architecturally. Very close to Victoria Station too. Their Summer Beer Thing event was brilliant.
O. J.
Great range of beers, get a few halves so you can try a bunch. Staff friendly, decor nice. Also the scotch eggs are good if you need a snack.
S. J.
I'd heard it mentioned along with phrases like guest ales and draught beers, etc. so I was expecting some old boozer place but I was pleasantly surprised. It's like a wooden chalet, light and airy, lots of glass & floor to ceiling windows. Our visit was end November and not outdoor weather but I noticed that there are wide, large doors that can be opened and lead to a seating area next to a small plaza. The other half was going crazy about the choice of previously unheard of ales and weissbeers, etc. I don't like beer and drink cider and the choice wasn't great but I managed. I am definitely going back though. It's a little hidden gem and not what you'd expect in that part of town (Victoria Station/Corporation St - ish) looking forward to trying it in the summer. Very cosy, very cool!
J. C.
Great beer selection, nice environment and atmosphere. Location does make the scandi/alternative style feel a little false and commercial, along with the overpriced drinks. Drinks in excess of a fiver for 2/3 of a pint.
K. L.
A very pleasant popular venue despite being hidden away. Good range of craft and real ales very friendly and helpful staff. Didn't try the food but it looks appealing!
r. b.
Best pub in Manchester for me. Good beer selection, out of the way enough to keep idiots away. Good but small food selection, nice surroundings and great outdoor seating for sunny days. Plus you get to watch the boarders
D. M.
My favourite pub for an outdoor drink, especially during the summer days! Great selection of beers.
V. J.
Where else can you find a pub built by members of the public but here in Manchester. Serving a host of local ales far and wide. This is a real nice spot for a quick afterwork pint or 2. Slightly hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the centre yet not far enough to be a chore to get to!
S. G.
This place is one of my favorite places to drink in manc. Fab beer, great staff, great story and decor. Really nice atmosphere whether it is busy or quiet. If you like good people and good beer is the place to go!
D. J.
Assive craft ale selection and seems to attract a nice crowd away from all the busy pubs. Slightly more expensive than average but worth it for the great choice of drinks.
S. J.
The Pilcrow is by far my favourite hidden away pub that we have in Manchester. Just round the corner from Victoria station, the Pilcrow can be a great meeting point pub as well as somewhere you can just chill all night. I've even used this place to work when I needed to get out of the office.
They have a great selection of beers on rotation and he square outside hosts a number events and beer festivals through the year.
J. W.
Prices listed in random units ranging from 1/2, 1/3, 2/3 and a 1 pint, giving a lack of true comparison. £7.20 for a pint of oatmeal stout is scandalous, it was no different in taste or presentation than one on offer at Sinclair's Oyster Bar. Lovely staff and surroundings, probably wouldn't rush back.
O. M.
Brilliant and decorative building. Some good choices on tap and in the fridge. Staff are friendly.
Iot's of seating inside and out if you count the steps. Definitely worth a visit
T. D.
Nice after work drinks. Great place
M. W.
Cosy modern pub serving higher end modern beers from UK and beyond - mainly keg and bottle, plus a bit of cask ale. Good pubs snacks. Interior hand made by volunteers. Architecturally interesting location & good outside space.
R. W.
I love harrasing that Ed Sheeran lookalike behind the bar
k. 1.
Conveniently placed around the corner from work. Lots of great beers to choose from as well as spirits. Can get busy but love the vibe they have.
B. “. G.
Cool bar, really enjoy going after work during the week can get busy so sometimes struggle to get an indoor table but the atmosphere is great. Is a bit pricey after happy hour though!
S. B.
One of the best, often overlooked, craft beer bars in the city. Great place, with usually brilliant selection of beer.
v.
Cool place to go on a Saturday evening. Managed to get a seat and have a conversation without having to shout. Chilled out music by the DJ and a decent selection of drinks. I'll go back
E. A.
Still loving going here for an after work drink. Great selection of beers, some interesting alternative options (Spritzer anyone) and lovely staff mean its always a pleasure.
W. F.
The place was very cozy and the alcohol selections was quite large. Unfortunately there is usually a lack of seats and tables there.
They turn the music volume up at around 7 ish.
T. O.
they have lovely bao buns and a sick selection of beers
J. M.
A cool drinking spot with a vast selection of craft beers from near and far. I'd recommend beers from the local Cloudwater brewery. They also have a live DJ and BBQ at weekends.
T. W.
The ultimate place to get beer in Manchester City Centre! Always a great range on tap, and staff really keen to make recommendations and help find something you like.
M. G.
Currently one of the best pubs in Manchester with a really great range of beers, served by fantastic staff. Pretty much everyone who goes thinks of it as a hidden gem that they don't want everyone finding out about.
A. J.
They have a very nice selection of craft beer. The prices on house beer and lager during happy hour are very inexpensive for the location.
M. M. D.
Wifi is really bad inside, which is really annoying considering there's barely any network signal outside. Quality of drinks is quite average and it's too busy sometimes so it's hard to find seating if you go on an evening
P. F.
Always enjoyed a drink here, nice and compact not too big good selection of beers, some food avaiable also, recommend it.
S.
Great bar that always has a good selection of new beers. Knowledge staff and good vibe. 👍 (Can get very busy though)
T. B.
Nice little bar. Can get very busy but service is usually ok. Decent selection of beer, usually. However it can be quite expensive.
G. L.
Cloudwater and guest beers of all sorts. If you like craft beer, you'll like this.
N. B.
nice setting and great decor - again i don't drink so can't comment on the drinks at all but the place is designed to look like a log cabin and is well tucked away. But at the same time it is usually rammed with lots of people visiting
G. Q.
Love the random location and brilliant beer. Small 'cosy little pub' with huge outdoor space, surrounded by tall blocks and offices. Definitely work a visit.
S. C.
An interesting pub very close to Manchester Victoria station - good range of cask and keg beers! We will definitely be going again!
P. F.
A good wide choice of craft beer both on draught and bottles with 3 real ales on draught. Friendly atmosphere the only downside the drinks can be quite expensive.
K. N.
Excellent choice of beers, ales, IPAs and sours. Dont fancy something on the boards? Make sure to check the fridge. Staff are excellent and hard working.
E. J. G.
Great beer selection. Nice when there's something going on on the square. I don't enjoy the loud (disco style) music though.
A. T.
Excellent craft beer bar. Fast friendly service with an epic choice of drinks. Snacks and decent coffee available as well.
A. C.
Very quaint place. Reminded me of being in a log cabin. We didn't order for only drinks. Only negative was they don't serve hot chocolate and toilets were out of paper.
C. R.
Really cool place. Always a stop off after our annual IMBC visit and have a great selection of beers.
N. W.
Lovely beer but pricey.
S. K.
Such a good little hidden bar but serves so many great beers and has a great outside for when the sun comes out 3 times a year.
F. S.
Relaxed atmosphere, great selection of beers and ale's,speciality beers ,happy hour offers, good bar staff friendly and helpful, selection of bar food and nice cakes and biscuits,Bohemian and trendy
D. F.
Nice pub. Ordered on the app. Simple. Table service too. Nice pub and courtyard area. Would recommend!
L. Y.
One of my fave places to go now, they have a happy hour on from 4-7 , two house gin and tonics for £6. Lovely staff and great little place.
E. F.
We visited just after the Wylam tap take- over. Still a few Wylam on tap and sampled the In Every Dream Home sour, plus the Open 2 Persuasion. Both stunning collaboration with local Track Brewery.
P.
Great beer with an excellent beer garden.
A. L.
Cosy bar in the centre of Manchester, community-bult from recycled material, craft beers and friendly staff. What's not to like? Even the loos were clean and Nice. 😊
I. R.
Good range of beers. Decent price for soft drinks which is a pleasant surprise. No food other than sandwiches but a good atmosphere.
J. W.
Great selection of beers, beer garden out front. Plenty of space to work on a laptop. Lovely little place.
A. S.
Was impressed. Nice place and good selection of craft beers at a fair price. Limited seating inside and music is rather loud for a conversation though..
d. b.
Nice good ale friendly
M. M.
Excellent pub. Great range of beers. But if you want to hear yourself / talk, sit outside :-)
W. F.
The place was very cozy and the alcohol selections was quite large. Unfortunately there is usually a lack of seats and tables there.
They turn the music volume up at around 7 ish.
A. L.
12 keg choices of mostly regional beer and the fact it was hand built by local residents means this is a gem that should be praised and copied throughout the land. Power to the people!
J. S.
Little known pub. You have to look for it. Good range of beers. Atmosphere is good. It's well worth finding
P. F.

A bit hard to find, but worth the effort. A unique place, virtue of being designed and constructed by local people. Shame there's not a few more handpumps, but a welcome addition to the diversity of Manchester watering holes.
D. J.
Assive craft ale selection and seems to attract a nice crowd away from all the busy pubs. Slightly more expensive than average but worth it for the great choice of drinks.

12 keg choices of mostly regional beer and the fact it was hand built by local residents means this is a gem that should be praised and copied throughout the land. Power to the people!
