This small Thai restaurant in the northern quarter is a little hidden gem just waiting to be discovered. I had the pro iodine of going there for lunch and was blown away by the sweet family kitchen feel and delicious food. Highly recommended.
J. V.
It is a nice warm place with a good range of drinks varying from house beers to more contemporary cocktails. The staff are nice and they will serve you quickly.
S. M.
Very friendly, a good selection of craft beers. However mostly top end craft so can be a little pricey if you just fancy a norm beer or something just wet and refreshing.
C.
Grand selection of beers (14 lines I believe) and friendly team who are always ready to recommend the latest beverages. Could do with toasties (maybe one day, please!!!)
Edit - food now served.
H. G.
Great bear, great atmosphere and, dare I say it, great Jazz on Sunday afternoons
P. D.
Highly recommend the Sunday lunch, I had the haddock and sweet potato fries, absolutely delicious, the accompanying sauce was fantastic. Really nice decor inside, cosy and deceptively larger than it seems on the outside. Don’t come if you’re absolutely starving, we waited a good while for food, but it was 100% worth it.

Without a doubt my favourite bar in Manchester, possibly anywhere. The most delicious beers served by the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff in a really welcoming environment. The food is delicious and the menu changes with the seasons. I just love this place!
S. B.
Great beer. Amazing staff 🌟 👏 Really feels like your right at home as if you never left ❤ 🍻 💚

Great place to go on a Sunday afternoon. Live jazz from 3pm. Small but very pleasant.
N. L.
A range of good craft beers and regularly rotating taps . Improving each time I visited Given that we are spoilt for quality craft beer in NZ I was impressed by this place . A credit to Burton Rid and Manchester . Look forward to going again when in UK next. Well done Brian and Kylee ( I think ? )

Visited for jazz on Sundays - very nice. A cute and friendly place
R. R.
Great staff, excellent open mic host.
J. H.
Excellent craft beers on tap which change regularly. Staff put a meat and cheese board together for us even though it wasn't technically on offer. Nice chilled vibe. Very good cocktails. Will go back regularly.
D. C.
Nice little bar with a great beer selection
C. C.
New owner/management have really turned this place around, around 14 beer lines with great selection of ever-changing beers from local and national breweries. Very friendly staff. My partner reckons they should do toasties - the only 'negative' comment.
J. M.
A great ever changing selection of beers on tap and a wide selection of spirits and cocktails.
The staff are very knowledgeable and always willing to advise you if you don't know where to start.
They also do a very good quiz hosted by the Barry Bros every week which is great fun.
T. R.
Lovely little place, great selection of drinks and the staff are excellent.
J. T.
Great little bar with great music and a huge cocktail menu. If it looks busy downstairs there's a huge upstairs area which is usually empty.
J. F.
Enjoyable bar. Worth spending time in.
I. M.
Excellent place. Doing social distancing well, with the use of an app to order beer for table service. Still managing to have a good atmosphere
E. T.
Lovely bar, nice atmosphere, affordable drinks, friendly staff.
R. M. C.
Nice bar, friendly staff, decent lager, just a bit pricey.
D. A.
Beautiful place and very good service. There was also a lovely little concert with some Christmas songs.
B. M.
Best beer on Burton Road. Good food too. Sometimes not the best atmosphere, can be quiet and the layout seems to dull the atmosphere. Still like it! Good quiz too.
J. G.
Great drinks, great music and great service in a beautiful venue. Owner Brian is a great guy who seemed to be making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. Will definitely be back

Visited here while seeing partners family. Zoe introduced us to new drinks which were really nice. And the food was amazing. Zoe was very hospitable and made us feel at home.
R. G.
Really nice place. Great that it has an upstairs to provide more space/seating. Lovely atmosphere and staff. Only doesn't have 5 stars as on my visit it's was understaffed and understocked.
C. F.
Laid back atmosphere, staff are super nice. I loved their music selection ❤️
K. H.
Great beer, great food. Wide choice of ales. Not really a lager place. Pub quiz wedbesday. Greta fun. A wee bit pricy but worth it.
F. C.
I would rate this American bar style as mediocre. It has a friendly staff and average food. However it is not a baby-friendly place as it has no space to change our little ones.
L. T.
Just moved to Didsbury and read about Sunday live Jazz. It was excellent. You have a new regular.
B. F.

Nice place. The only issue I had was their playlist, which when I was there was a bag of utter rubbish. It was an xmas playlist from Spotify apparently and it was terrible. Other than that, thumbs up.
