Nice modern bar/ restaurant that had live music on when we arrived Saturday afternoon at 2.45. Was nice though and added to the atmosphere of the place. Good choice on the menu with prompt, friendly service. Lovely food.

Was in Manchester for the weekend, raining and windy. It was great to find that this place was right round the corner from the apartment. Great Atmosphere, lovely staff, I went for a late lunch on the Saturday, then breakfast on the Sunday. Enjoyed my food, order came in good time, a band was playing at lunch, their was families with their kids. So great to take the little ones as well. Comfortable seating, blankets provided also. All over great experience.

Very attentive staff but when catching up with a friend I hadn't seen in 18 months I don't expect to have looked at a menu in the first 10 minutes of sitting down. We were asked 3 times before we were ready to order. I always enjoy visiting but I wasn't really keen on the menu. It offered a random mix and the prices were quite steep. Ended up ordering fish and chips which was delicious.

Came here for a work social and it was done, but nothing outstanding. I think it's one of these places where they just serve too many different types of food/cuisines and so everything is a little mediocre. I like the vibe though and the cocktails are great, so maybe a nice place for a drink instead of a meal. The service was fine too, especially considering how many people we were they did a good job.

Was here for a work lunch about a dozen of us. Easy to arrange and good space when here. The menu for drinks and food is extensive and great if you have people with range of dietary requirements - drinking/ not drinking (some great non alcs), vegan, veggie etc. As a veggie great to go somewhere where i can choose from loads of options. Quality was great to. Lovely staff, will return again whether for work or leisure if back in Manchester.

Definitely recommend a visit here for an excellent experience. Superbly put together . Especially loved that the hot chocolate was made with real cocoa. Cocktails were delish. New review (1/1/22): An amazing bar which I keeping going back to week after week. Nice place to impress people. Great location. Extremely friendly staff. Left my jacket unattended at my seat for a prolonged period of time due to a lengthy line at the bar. The manager had kindly noted it to be unattended and took it to her office to keep it safe. Extremely great care given to customers. Bar manager Mo is exceptional with his service. Highly recommend!

I came in over the weekend with my family an had a wonderful time! The food was amazing and the service was lovely our waitress (sally) was lovely came straight over when we was seated and saw to it we got drinks and took our order as soon as we was ready. We had the Two lots of the Lamb and my son had a cheese burger, she made sure my husband and I where ok with how the lamb was cooked and asked if We had another preference she also recommended some sides which went lovely with the lamb the baby potato’s and fries with the cheese on them; my son who can be a picky eater at times asked if he could change some things and sally made sure to get everything right for him and brought over practically ever sauce the place had so he could try them all. There was another blonde lady on who brought our food and made sure we had everything we needed. My husband had one of the new cocktails that sally was telling us about on the new menu and recommend a few by asking what alcohol he prefers which we felt was a nicer way of doing it rather than just pointing at the most expensive. The drink arrived with some kind of game which she talked us through and he managed to win another cocktail which was a bloom of some kind. My son got a pudding the chocolate brownie and it was phenomenal! Said it was the best he’d ever had. Such a lovely place with welcoming staff. We will definitely be coming back

We all know that girl who thinks she's a 10 but once you get past the surface shes a 6.5 that's the anthologist. When you order through the app there is a service charge but you still have to order your drinks from the bar. If it wasn't for the open kitchen I would have thought they just got the food from the wetherspoons nextdoor

Professional staff, great vegetarian and vegan menu along with some good burgers on offer. Wine list is varied and has a good cocktail menu as well as smoothies and juices for the superfood lovers. The portion sizes weren't great especially the fish and chips. Also dog friendly inside. Would come again and try another option for food.

Been here many times for drinks however we decided to get food this time before an arena trip. We ate relatively early but there were a few tables in and some drinkers around, nice atmosphere even though they looked like they were setting up for an event. The food was spot on! I had the gnocchi and when it arrived I thought it looked quite small, looks can be deceiving it was great. The cherry and chocolate done dessert I will definitely be coming back for!

Visited here the first day it had opened and was pleasantly surprised! The staff were lovely and the restaurant was beautiful with a really nice modern theme. The drink were my favourite part of my visit, with many options and all delicious. My favourite being a special of the 'busy bee'. The food menu felt a little limited with burgers being the vast majority, I felt maybe it needed some more summery options for July. The food which we ordered was nice but not amazing. The steak was lovely but nothing ultimately special and the duck pitta bread although huge lacked much duck! It was mostly bulked out with vegetables with smatterings of duck in a slightly too bitter sauce. I would definitely visit again for drinks as it's a beautiful place with fabulous staff.

Lovely place, very child friendly and the staff were more than helpful. My food, 'beef ladder', was mega any my sister in law had the linguine which was gorgeous. Only 4 stars instead of 5 as there was an issue with the children's burgers (undercooked) however when we pointed this out the staff were more than apologetic and did their best to rectify it. This hasn't put us off though and I would definitely visit again x

Went for afternoon tea. Wouldn't have this again. 3 tiny little sandwich fingers and 3 overly sweet mini cakes. If you want a nice afternoon tea, this is not the place. The ambience and decor however is great and the cocktails are delicious.

Trendy and very busy and loud after work. Mostly good for cocktails and wine but you can find a small handful of beers too. The food (which includes some vegan and vegetarian options) is pretty good although slightly pricey but the quality and speed of service make up for it.

Only visited a few times so still getting to grips with it. Really classy looking place. The squid starter is fresh, light and very tasty. Usually get pints in here though did treat myself to an "old fashioned' which is one of my favourite drinks and the taste was brilliant though too much small pieces of ice takeaway from the experience whereas in a place as exquisite as this I would expect one large cube as standard in an old fashioned. Otherwise everything else is on point and my new favourite for after work drinks.

Really love it here. I went with friends for lunch and was spoilt for choice. As a veggie I had so many options but I went for the halloumi burger. It was really lovely. The atmosphere is warm, the service was excellent and the food gorgeous. The restaurant is trendy and elegant. Will definitely be returning and I highly recommend.

Popped in for a couple of pints and breakfast. I had the egg soldiers. Childhood reminiscence. Yummy. I also had the steak and fried eggs. The steak was really good and recommended by Jo (Thanks). Nice place to pass time, have a few beers and something to eat. Well be back. Ps: gentle reminder - someone should correct the times on Google maps as it opened at 10 am and not 8 am as stated on the maps.

We booked our works Christmas do here last Friday and we had a fab evening. The food was amazing, the staff were attentive and fast and the atmosphere was fun.
