Had a great evening at the crafty pig, 2 4 1 cocktails are great value and the food is superb, we had the pizza 🍕 with chips. Would recommend. The BBQ sauce was also to die for. Service was quick and the tables at the back all have sports on. Winner winner

The bartenders were very nice. Crafty pig is near Britannia Sachas Hotel and it is very convenient especially since we were just weekending in Manchester. It was a 2 for the price of 1 for the cocktails that I had. Guards were there to secure the place and do their ID checks. Not a lot of people when I visited on Saturday around 12past as they were closing at 1am 😊

Been in here a few times now. Never had a bad experience. I've been in when the footballs been on and it's been mad busy. The staff are always so helpful even when it's a crazy busy day. Been in on quieter days too. The staff are always so friendly. If your going into Manchester make a point of popping into here. You won't be disappointed. Oh yea....almost forgot ...... the food is spot on too!!

Called in here after trying a few bars that were rammed because of the matches on. Managed to get a table easy enough, which had its own TV and table service through an app. Ended up spending about 7 hours in here because we could watch the football, they had a decent choice of beers and rum, the service and staff were great, and so was the food. All in all, a great place for a few beers. Thanks

First visit to this place and thoroughly impressed. Busy, but was able to get seated. Plenty of choice of drinks and 2-4-1 cocktails all day every day. Many tables have their own TV showing sports events too. Definitely worth a visit......and the food looked great too (but didn't try).

We started going here after a bartender from another pub recommended The Crafty Pig for great cocktails. We weren’t disappointed, and the girl who recommended the place has actually started working there now! This is now mine and my husband’s regular haunt after the stress of shopping (it’s located conveniently close to the Arndale and Piccadilly Gardens). I love cocktails and my hubby loves craft beers so this place is perfect, and 2 for 1 on cocktails has me sold!!😍 All the staff are lovely and professional, and the cocktails are always consistent no matter what bartender made them, which is always a good sign. Haven’t tried the food yet but definitely will on our next visit

Probably one of the best pre-game locations for a night out. The phone reception can be a bit naff when you head deeper into the venue, but that all adds to the social side of things to get people talking. Staff and the bouncers are polite and very helpful.

Great little place for drinks, love sitting in the booths with our own private telly so we can watch the darts whilst everyone else watches the football haha 😂 Food was great, really good choice for veggies, vegans and gluten free too which is refreshing to see. The cocktail menu is huge with something for everyone, nice good quality beers on draught too, not a pint of Carling or Carlsberg in sight thankfully! Me and my wife come here whenever in Manchester, after hours of getting dragged round the shops it’s a lovely place to get a beer and chill the wife out with some cocktails while I watch footy. We were in last night and were really shocked to see Clio behind the bar getting swore at by a man (who I later found out runs a hotel upstairs, defo be leaving them a bad review!), so another staff member told him to calm down and leave her alone as her nana had just passed away. His response was ‘I don’t give a s**t about your dead grandma, you’re going to be sorry’ He was ranting an raging for ages, and he finally left after throwing a few insults around at customers on his way out, it was horrible to see that happen but I wanna say that Clio and the lad with glasses handled the situation really well even though the bar was busy, and service was swiftly resumed. Staff couldn’t have been more apologetic to everyone after that happened even though it wasn’t there fault, so we’ll definitely be back to the Craft Pig, it’s good to know we’re in safe hands

The food was really disappointing, especially for the prices charged. It was painfully obvious that very little effort or care had gone into putting together the burger I had, and the 'cajun fries' were entirely unseasoned. Staff were loudly complaining about lack of management, and how much work was being put onto them. Clearly a poorly run establishment, which is a shame because it has potential! Lovely atmosphere and a good location!

Absolutely lovely little craft pub. I have had nicer roast potatoes but everything else was spot on! The beef was nice and tender and the veg accompanied it nicely. The burger was yummy and the sweet potato fries a nice treat! We had a light craft beer with our meal and it was really nice, would happily come back here again! The staff were really friendly :)

Proper nice little place, had it recommended by a mate who lives nearby. Don't get out to Manchester much and not a massive drinker, but the staff were very welcoming and a member of staff named Chris helped pick out a delicious drink. Will definitely pop by again when I'm in the city again.

This is my go to place in the city centre for watching the six nations rugby. Good choice of drinks, snacks are great for sports watching and there's plenty of staff on the bar. It can get quite busy being so close to Picadilly so it's worth booking a table, there are some good booths if you aren't bothered about seeing the televisions.

We stumbled across this pub during a recent visit to Manchester and we found a gem. The staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Great place to hang out for the kids as there was sport on the small TV's in the booths, so that ticked their box as well. Fab place and we'll make a bee line when we're next in the area.

I thought when I see it that the burger would be the highlight of the meal but how wrong was I! The fries were brilliant. What a pleasent change to have cross cut fries and boy were they good. The best fries I have had north of Brighton and that was from a place that only sells fries. The fries were hot, chrispy, tasty and grease free. The burger was very good but the fries are brilliant. The idea that you can also get a drink or two here just adds to the experience. I love this place and can not wait to come back.

Despite some bad reviews we tried and went for dinner. We ordered the sloppy joe and the half pizza half salad. Everything read about bad chicken did not apply to ours. It was simply lovely, great chips aswell. The pizza was how a pizza should be. The staff was very kind and helpful. Concluded, a good place for another visit!

We pop in for a pint before the euro final, we were struggling to find a place to watch the game. The staff were very nice and found a table in the corner and a spare chair so 3 of us could watch the game even thought they were fully booked. Quite good burger and the beer choices are ok also. No service at the table, no one said anything so we walked up to the bar and placed our food and drink order. It was not busy so they could have said something. They also took a deposit from out credit card when we placed our order, which was weird for me. Service was not bad but not good either. Popped in for a little drink while waiting to go to reservations. Lovely cosy pub, with romantic but rustic lighting and a tea light candle on each table. We ordered some chips which were tasty and we had a couple of drinks. Great atmosphere and we will definitely visit again.

The food menu has changed, and it's no longer nearly as awesome as it used to be. They've also taken away the 1/2 mondays, and 3/4 tuesdays. The service is still great, but the food is nowhere near as good. This was my favourite restaurant for about a week, until they changed the menu completely. I'm very disappointed by the change.

Although there is no shortage of options for dirty burgers in Manchester, there is a lack that cater to vegetarians with the same standard that they cater to omnivores. The Crafty Pig is not one of these places! Absolutely superb (if limited) veggie options, replete with a great vibe and an almost manic appreciation of Quentin Tarantino films and quotes coupled with excellent service give this place a great personality
