P. d. S. C.I must admit, I took my family here with pretty low expectations of the food. However, we wanted to eat somewhere close by, and we thought we would give it a shot.
What a turn up for the books! The food was fantastic, and all of us were thoroughly impressed. A word of warning, if you don't like big portion sizes, this isn't a place for you. However, I'm a fatty, so it's perfect.

J. S.Great local. A proper pub. Two or three Lees ales on handpump in good condition. The homemade pies come highly recommended though i havent tried them yet but i will. Friendly landlord, staff and locals. If you live close this should be your local.
L. 4.Great pub, nice staff, food was really good. Dog friendly. Next time we are in town we will go here again.
