J. H.First time here, stopped off with a couple of friends for some food. The 3 of us thoroughly enjoyed each meal, clearly made fresh and not re-heated rubbish. good portion size and good price too. All the staff were lovely. Will definately go again.
A. H.First time nipping here for lunch on a quiet Sunday. Steph was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble. Food was superb (specifically their homemade chips!), atmosphere was great, so we'll definitely be visiting again.
S. G.They put on a really nice basic buffet for a recent funeral, and were both pleasant and helpful before and during the event. My only complaint is the lack of cask ales, which was made much more frustrating as they never turn the pump clips round to signify a brew is not available.....why not !!!
R.Food tasted fine but chips were cool at the table and the rest didn't stay warm for long. We have only been once so this may be unusual.
