And its now changed, there inverted mushrooms on the ceiling to dampen the non existing sound that reaches the ears of the idiot upstairs.

When introduced to this one room establishment we were a lille skeptical, but the carefully curated selection of beverages and snacks, whilst short are each a thing of beauty. Run by a one man army, Martin presides over his boozer and its collection of loyal locals worth a smile, a wink, and some very reasonable prices. No music, no sport, just jocular companionship and a good time.
J. R.Cask conditioned beers (on excellent form) straight from the barrel served to you at your table. Nice little daytime beer garden. Also ciders. No music, no TV, so plenty entertaining conversation.
