A not so typical Joe Holt's pub. Plenty of outdoor seating. Lots of bar staff. Great beers. Clean, tidy, friendly pub. Fits in well with the surrounding bars and restaurants but hangs on to the traditional Holt's style. If Holt's beer is not to your taste then there is a selection of be alternatives. Not that I tried any. Great pub, great staff

Could quite get used to this whole table service thing. It's a nice earthy place. Way less poncy than most places in Monton. Oh and half the price.

Just popped in for a quick drink with colleagues over lunch. Very well kept open plan bar area with a sun trap of a beer garden to the front. Nice kept beer, food on offer but didn't try. A good car park to the rear and very good disabled access.

Pretty traditional pub, with sports on the screens. Welcoming place with fair prices. The best part of the Park is the outside area in the front. When days get lighter, it gets the perfect evening sun. Lovely spot for a cold beer.

My favourite pub in the area, it's not expensive, modern inside and many TVs for sports fans to watch their favourite games on. It can be quite busy at times but there's usually plenty of space

Another pub owned by Manchester brewer, Joseph Holt. The present building dates from the 1970s when it replaced a much older structure that had begun to collapse due to mining subsidence. Happily this pub has survived, and was refurbished in 2017 in dramatic fashion to bring it right up to date for modern tastes. A variety of rooms exist, including a vault. Five cask beers on from Holt's and Bootleg. Recommended.

Got to say, it's quite a local so stay confident when walking in otherwise they'll notice Haha. The staff were nice to have a chit chat with us even though it was rammed. Don't ask for anything flashy as they might not have it, plus you'll be wasting valuable drinking time!

My wife used to always have a Latte made with soya milk, while I had a couple of pints of Guinness but was told this time they don't do drinks with soya milk and they never have ! So we left and went to Playfoots, I'll still watch the football here but think I'll be on my own next time. Otherwise not a bad pub and cheap for Monton.

Holts's pub. Cheapest pub in Monton, plenty of real ale. Staff are very friendly, always smiling and having lovely banter with customers which is great. Food is lovely too, plenty on menu and not over priced. Toilets are clean (which some bars in monton lack). Will definitely be going again. Thankyou to all the staff for a good relaxing afternoon :)

The Landlord and Landlady are brilliant people, My Dad is a friend of them both being a landlord himself, Ive known them a while and I bet my grandparents before I did, Place has only gotten better over the years beers are nicely priced and it's always a great place to come and cool down before home some nights.
