E. R. P.Had a table of 18 last night and we really enjoyed it. The food was really nice and came out together still hot, the service was amazing and had drinks coming whenever we wanted them. Nadia made it feel like we had our own host for the night and she made sure everything ran smoothly. The staff even catered for people changing their pre order and an extra person turning up last minute. I'm also pretty sure we were quite loud and no one minded! Would definitely recommend dining here and we will for sure be going again! Thank you - Rosy x

I.Went today for my daughters birthday meal we all had roast dinners 6 people they were all delicious the nicest we have all had our for a long time rarely do you find lamb when you go to a pub which I love and it certainly didn’t disappoint plenty of food on our plates, we decided on sweet rather than starter again they were amazing, service was great we were well looked after without feeling that we were being watched or hurried first time at The Anchor but definitely not the last we will be back only very slight criticism is we would have liked a slightly bigger table for 6 but in no way did it spoil our experience it’s a lovely quirky welcoming pub well done to
the staff that served us you made it a very happy visit
