A. S.Great place for an intimate wedding venue. Marquee put on carpark garden to the rear for drinks and extra seating.
Can't comment on pub food.
L. J.The food here is just perfect and the staff are so friendly and amazing. We had a table of four for my birthday and we each ordered something different.
I had the gammon as I'd seen really good reviews and I was not disappointed! My dad has been here a few times so he always tries something new and he absolutely loves this restaurant! Mum and sis were very happy with their lamb and fish pie respectively. I'm looking forward to coming again and I think I'll try the lamb! Oh and the rustic chips... I eat chips about twice a year so I'm glad I tried these; they are beautiful!
TLDR: I would 100% recommend for excellent food and exceptional service x
P.Called in after a lovely walk around the area and had lunch. The couple who run this traditional style country pub do a fantastic job, very friendly welcome and the food was superb. Highly recommended.

M. R.Nice and cosy with plenty of tables inside on a wet Saturday lunchtime. Good pub food. I particularly enjoyed the homemade plum crumble with custard. 03-10-2020.

A good supply of well cooked veg and tasty plentiful gravy.
Super service.Not a lot of atmosphere as we were the only diners but it did not matter...a great Sunday feast.

A. G.This pub is close to our stables and we love having a 'Pub ride' on this occasion some rode the horses and the rest of us drove in the car. Plenty of outside and inside seating and a landlord who is always helpful. As Arnie would say 'We will be back'!
