We were a party of 7 plus a dog for lunch today, and I must say that we couldn’t be happier with the food and service. Staff we friendly, polite and helpful. Food was hot, tasty, good portion size and arrived in good time. The Liverpudlian guy behind the bar ( who we think was the landlord) was attentive in serving. Thank you.

Lovely local pub, nice place to sit when the sun is out, had this beasty chicken burger, wow I was impressed, my lad had the bacon cheese burger,(ge is fussy and smashed most of it) ice cream was tasty too. Worth a bite for sure

Just had our first visit to the Turing Key having been recommended by a friend. We were very impressed. Easy to book, lovely decor, great service and wonderful food. A great environment to meet up with friends we haven't seen for 3 years. Lovely and clean and also great for families especially with the climbing frame and slide outside. We will definitely be back.

We explained that more people would be joining us after we had eaten (we are part of the WI in the community and use the pub every month and we were shown to a table that would be would be big enough for the group) Such a friendly pub ☺️

Just wanted to say what great service we enjoyed from Rob last night at the Turing Key. Service excellent and food was really good. We had the Butter milk chicken Burger and I can't wait to have it again! It's the second time this month that we have been, the first time was a table of 14 and again it was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their food. They do look after you well there.

We were the first to arrive and served relatively quickly. The food as always was hot and fresh and tasty. The prices are still accessible despite the current crisis, which is why I asked my friend to meet me here. We were served by 2 ladies, both were good, but it must be noted the second lady who served us was really nice and made us laugh and really went above and beyond. She had blonde shortish/hair.

Went for dinner on a Wednesday evening, the food and service were excellent. Max our waiter was charming and engaging. The menu is fairly standard pub grub but it's very well executed. And the prices are very competitive.

Had the leaflet through the letterbox a couple of weeks ago and looked at it this afternoon realising it expires tomorrow so decided to call a friend and try it out. Easy telephone booking system. Chris was our host and we had a table for two with wonderful armed chairs and plenty of room. Service was excellent - not too rushed but also prompt. Loved the drink and we had pate and then one lamb shank and a chick/beef duo and they were huge and hot and tasty. Really impressed and so delighted to leave the review. Given the voucher saving it was also good value at £25 each for the evening. Car parking great and a nice location close to A5.

Great place to visit! Was recommended by a friend who lives in the estate and this pub has everything. Great parking and great atmosphere. I recommend the burger in the pictures, as this was delicious and very filling for £13! Great bargain. Shoutout Corey, who was very friendly and helpful. Warm welcome and quick food service. Cory our waitress was very polite and also made sure we had a great meal as asked all the question at the right time. The pub is very kid friendly and highly recommend. I was taken here for my birthday and after all that has happened this week and events cancelled I was so glad pub's did not close their doors.

Have driven past a few times, so yesterday decided to pop in with my two boys for dinner, and will definitely be back. Food was amazing and staff were super friendly and chatty (even answering my sons questions about the power washer). Had a little climbing frame which was great for keeping the kids entained whilst we waited for our dinner. My boys have already asked if we can go back soon.

Been here 4 times in last few weeks for birthday & catch ups with friends. Excellent service by friendly staff & delicious food. Nice clean pub & restaurant. Our waitress Clare looked after us on most of these visits. I would highly recommend coming here & will definitely be back 😊

Second visit, this time for a family meal. I do like the spacious interior and menu selection. Meals were well prepared and large portions. However it was clear the facility is understaffed so there was a 45 mins wait for food mid afternoon when it was far from full. I will try again, as I have a tenuous connection to Turing and wish the venue to succeed where the Enigma Tavern totally failed.

I have been before and as a vegetarian who's gluten free, my selections are limited. I was disappointed that the nachos and chips no longer have the rarebit sauce and they would be my go to, having had a bad experience with a salad there before and the garlic mushroom starter I was now worried what I could have. I shouldn’t have been! The new feel good salad is beautiful! All the veg is griddled perfectly in the most delicious glaze and I added halloumi which was warm, golden and still soft ! Also tried the new breaded mushroom( not GF) again, lovely! I am actually now trying to find a reason to go back and have the salad again it’s that good! Well done! Lunch menu also such a bargain. Atmosphere very chill and nice and quiet when we went though have been at busier times and atmosphere still nice.

My husband and I came down from Scotland to visit our daughter and son in law who live in Leighton Buzzard, we always go for a meal at the Turing Key as we love the restaurant there, the food is always excellent and delicious, we love the surroundings and ambience of the pub and we can't fault the service which is always quick.

We had a lovely welcome and we're seated at a comfy table and really nice chairs. It's so nice to not be seated on hard wooden chairs. Our waitress was great and quickly sorted our drinks. Our food order was great and the steaks are well worth trying. Very tasty. Overall this is a lovely pub with a great menu and good service. We will certainly be back.

1st thing...the disabled spaces are miles away from the front door and for someone who's walking is laboured this a major draw back and would make me question whether or not I visit again with my family which is why its only a 3 star rating. The food how ever was great and the menu one of the better with a good variety of foods although not all was available as they'd sold through a few options. We went on mothering Sunday which was incredibly busy, the service was slow and the back ground music was a tad too loud which in turn upped people's talking volume creating a noisier environment than one would have liked for a restaurant. All of that being said I would go back but perhaps I'd choose my timing better and I wouldn't necessarily take my disabled parent due to the distance they had to travel. Access was all on one level so if using a wheelchair you'd be fine.

Really nice pub with friendly staff and good food. Good selection of drinks, nice little play park and plenty of parking. Very recently we had a mixed experience with food, 2 of the three were great but the fish wasn't so good. It was so tough it was inedible suggesting either under or over cooked. No one came to check if everything was ok so quite disappointing.

Great pub, lovely food. First time I visited, I had a roast, which was really good, second time I had a pulled beef burger which was also really good. No complaints. Good service and nice setting - Newton Leys residents should feel lucky to have such a nice local pub.

I was really pleasantly surprised, because of the area of the pub I had bad expectations. I really enjoyed my evening and had some amazing food. Our waitress; Claire was great help and very knowledgeable of the menu. She gave us some great recommendations and was very happy, cheerful and seemed like she loved her job. It was just me and my partner dining and I felt we had the perfect balance of interaction, I didn't feel like i was being pestered like I've had in other places. I noticed a family on another table had a birthday and Claire looked like she tried to make it special. She went and fetched a card and a birthday banner and it was just nice to see. Just got back from having a Christmas meal for at least 25 people. The menu choices were excellent and were pre-ordered due to the size of our party (totally understandable). The food was good, but the service was appalling. Our party consisted of 4 adults a small child and a baby. Our starters were brought within a realistic time, however only part of the plates were cleared leaving used plates still on the table. Which we eventually moved to an empty table ourselves. We then had a wait of at least 40 mins if not more before our Mains arrived. The venue was not busy so there was no reason for it. I had waited so long and our waitress had not mentioned why there might be a delay, so I had to go to the bar to find out, someone went to check and said that they were just being plated up. The children were getting very hungry and irritable as there food had not arrived, so we finished our mains and decided to ask for the bill rather than have deserts as the long delay between starters and mains was absolutely ridiculous on this occasion, which left us very disappointed, as we have never experienced this before.

We wanted to form a local group to play boardgames, and the Turing Key agreed to let us use a section of the bar for the group to meet. Many of the players chose to eat meals their too as we played, and we had a great atmosphere for playing the games. We were looked after by Cory, who was really friendly and made us feel welcome all evening, remembering our table numbers and preferences as we ordered additional drinks.

After we paid we noticed it hadn't been taken off the bill to be told there is a voucher you need and isn't automatic. No where on your Facebook promotion does it state this or when booking. Service very slow. Main course was nice but the pear and apple crumble was terrible. Pureed fruit with a white paste on top tasted like flour. Did not eat. Pointed it out but still had to pay for it. Not impressed at all.

We found this on a Google search after visiting Bletchley Park. What a fantastic find. Friendly service, fantastic food. Best roast I have had out in years. Great value for money and kid friendly. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely visit.

Seated straight away upon arrival, with a warm welcome by the waitress. Very accommodating with my little boy who is nearly 2, constantly asking if all was ok and speaking to him also and made him feel important and entertained. Quick with drinks and taking our order. Food come out at separate times with about a 5 min gap but food was tasteful and fresh. Bacon little over done (crispy - not asked for or described on menu as such). Our seat was by a window that was a bit drafty though.

Lovely welcome and pleasant ambience. Very family oriented, with safe play area attached. 5 of us had a mix of starters. All hot and all enjoyed. Then 5 burgers. Able to adapt 3 of years as requested. Delicious! Definitely worth a repeat trip. Desserts...service was very slow at this point and cheesecake and apple pie were disappointing. Waitress was lovely and removed costs from bill. A great place to eat with friends and family. Recommend a visit!

The staff were friendly, the food was nice, however they need to add more sauce to the Hunters Nod dish as it was dry, some butter on the sweetcorn would have been nice too. Atmosphere was good overall.

Reading some reviews, I wonder if people expect Michelin star food. I've been a few times and the food is good honest modern pub food. It's well cooked, tastes good and served in good time. Staff are great and very accommodating, especially with kids. I'd happily recommend.

First time I went with my family. This pub is local to me and I’m very satisfied throughout from decor, to staff service through to food quality. Good portions, well presented and fairly priced. Waiting time for food wasn’t as long as I’ve been reading in the reviews so they must have improved and the staff that served me were really comforting and welcoming. Overall I’m glad this is my local and I look forward to taking my guests there for a Sunday roast.

Been here a few tunes and always had a lovely evening. Last night was far from an enjoyable evening and it had nothing to do with food or service. The problem is there is no air conditioning, the hottest July on record and a new building has no air conditioning!! It was like walking into a sauna for dinner. We asked waiting staff and were advised that the reason for no AC was down to protecting the carbon footprint. Where does compromising your customers comfort come into the issue. We ate as quick as we could and I had to go outside before the bill came as felt physically sick by the heat. Our plan was to stay for the evening but we literally ate and left. Some cynics will say ‘why not sit outside, answer is we couldn’t because it was raining’. In short we won’t return until summer is over or until Management and the team put AC or fans into the bar. I felt really sorry for the waiting staff who all looked uncomfortably hot and it does question the H&S of the staff working in those conditions.. On the plus side food was nice as it usually is but everyone eating looked like they were about to melt with how warm it was. Sorry for such a negative review 😱

Really enjoyed it. Visited on a Friday without making a booking and we were able to get a seat straight away. Good variety of menu options with the speciality dish being rotisserie chicken that you can see being cooked. Food quality was good and service was prompt and friendly. Portion size was good and we left having enjoyed a really nice meal. It was made even nicer that we had a 40% of voucher. This is a recently opened new pub and it looks really nice and cosy feel inside and has a good kerbside appearance. Good size carpark with a few disabled spaces and easy access entrance. Highly recommended.

Visited for the first time last night and it was great! Place looks amazing both outside and inside. When walking in, pub Management greeted us very kindly and sorted it out a table for 7 rather quick. It was a Weds night but felt like a Saturday night as it was busy and atmosphere was very bright. Service was great by waitress Charisse, who was very kind and friendly, came to double check large order and made us feel like home. Food was lovely and various choices, kids loved it the menu too. All in all, fantastic great experience and we will be back. They just opened this month and looking good at the moment...if they keep this consistency, they will be very successful.

This new pub is a really nice and welcome addition to the area, catering for all occasions. There’s plenty of space inside for dining, even as a large group, plus plenty of seating and space as a bar for drinkers only. There’s a nice terrace along one side with tables and a play area out the front, also with lots of seating. As soon as we entered on a weekend lunchtime there was a friendly greeting at the door and having chosen to sit outside we placed food orders at the bar. The decor inside is really nice and cosy with plenty of space to ensure it doesn’t feel cramped even when busy. There’s loads of choice when it comes to drinks with an extensive range on draught and well as a complete wine list and cocktail menu. Despite being new the bar staff were fast and efficient and had clearly been trained well on the cocktails. There’s lots of choice on the food menu too, although there’s no lighter bites such as sandwiches for a lunch time. Rotisserie chicken is certainly their speciality, with the cooker on display inside, and almost every section of the menu offered it in some variant. We opted for five of their tapas style plates which arrived in good time, were a decent size, and all were really tasty. Service continued to be regular and fast even outside. The toilets are in keeping with the rest of the place and equally as impressive, although its a shame you have to pass so close to the diners in order to access them. There’s plenty of parking in the car park at the rear too. Overall it’s a really nice place and I’m sure we’ll be returning lots in the future!

Nice clean pub with pleasent atmosphere. Visited yesterday and tried a number of dishes on the plates menu. Who ever invented their satay chicken need to be shot. Its disgusting. Dont waste your money. The hunters chicken bites were out of this world. I do recommend. The chicken wings were very nice although the buffalo sauce was very sweet, I think they may have given us the thai sweet chilli by mistake. Either way it was still nice. The beetroot dish was nice, would order again. The halloumi fries were kind of bland but the sauce they came with was very tastefull. Deserts were a tiramisu, and a lemon muffin cheese cake. Again both ok, but nothing to rave about. Probably wouldn't order again. As for the drinks, the pub has a good selection although they only had one larger on tap as a chiller was apparently broken. There are a few ales available, cider on tap and in bottles. There is a large gin selection which we sampled a few of, they come well presented and all we tried were well paired with different mixers. Staff are attentive and helpful, if little disorganised with 4 different members of staff trying to get us to order when we first came in. In summary, the food was hit and miss, some dishes we had were lovely, others (the satay chicken) not so. Deserts were also ok. I will revisit to try their rotisserie chicken as it smelt amazing and the chicken wings we had were well cooked. Service 4* Food 3* Venue 4* Price 4* Overall - 3* - quality of food is the let down on this occasion but was hit ans miss for each dish. I will revisit in the future and let you know how round 2 goes.
