N. T.Excellent night upstairs watching the bands. Not enough staff to serve but the 2 girls did their best. Went downstairs to get served and the 🎤 had 8 people and a dog in it.🤣🤣🤣
M. E.A friendly venue for all eligible, but especially for ex-service personnel. The bar staff are particularly helpful if you have mobility or other issues. Can't fault the place of the staff.
R. G.Always a friendly welcome here. It is a great place to meet friends and neighbours for a gossip and a jar. Down to earth, you don't get deafened, and there are plenty of seats. Easy to park too.

Fab, good sized function room with own toilets, always clean and neat.
I really enjoy my visits here.

T. S.One enjoyed a sumptous glass of the finest ale whilst listening to a jazz band playing an ironic jolly melody. One was introduced to a variety of staff and club members, all of whom were incredibly wonderful. I shall endevour to make this hidden gem a regular stopping off point of mine. One was astonished to discover that the author of the review prior to mine has also endevoured to make it a stopping off point, indeed to the point of being the chief admiral. Which is incredible.
God bless this place and all those who frequent it.
