Friendly staff ,nice Nd cozy Infront of the fire

One of my old haunts when I was young and it has changed enough to remind me but have a newer feel. Good selection of drinks particularly neck oil but the best thing is the huge be tent outside.

Attended a private party here, the rear area where this was held was very well layed out. The bar was stocked well but service was very slow as only 2 barstaff on hand, a lot of guests were going into the bar to get served so this wasn't a massive problem. Drinks are a bit pricey but kept well.

There is plenty of room, inside and out, at the Seven Stars. They have a canopy tent in the rear of the property due to current restrictions, and track n trace Qcode. They had a few real ales, as well as the usual lagers, beers, bottles etc.. The staff were friendly.

Not my type of place but not bad either, more of a younger persons pub. I consider myself an 'old' fogey now at 43 and the range of lagers and fizzy, sweet, coloured bottles didn't really appeal to me but the place is nice and clean and the staff did a decent job.

Have been coming to the 7 stars since it was under previous management and can say without a doubt it is better than ever. There is always football on at any opportunity, a fire and often has live music. staff are all very friendly. great assortment of ales larger and wine. loads of seating inside so its never hard to grab a table. car park out the back also.

I hit the joint last Sunday night with a few hours left of precious ale consumption time remaining. It's not a part of town I hit regularly, living in the NE6 area, though it's considered to be quite a nice stop off indeed. There are several other very well known boozers close by, so prices are quite steep but still within competitive rates amongst the others. There is a mix of the seemingly coined up, the coined up who keep it mostly low key and the regular Joe's and Josephine's. Amongst this lot there are of course fools and coolios in abundance. It's well worth a stop off if you're passing by.

Just popped in for a quick double jd,come,slice off lime and one ice cube. Which was quickly done. No cue, waiting for that lovely person in front off you ordering there fancy,take for ever,over expensive, cocktails,this time. Lol. It was good and quick service. Nice one.

Was a bit quiet but live band would make it busier. Good service but it would be when it's quiet. Couldn't get a half of beer. It had to be two thirds of a pint. Not seen that before.

Friday night's here are excellent.The band's they get are generally always excellent and form 9pm onwards it can get busy.That said service is never a problem,the bar staff are excellent and the atmosphere always good.

Would of got an extra star but didn't have my drinks so ended up with a coke (my 3rd choice)had a Pizza off mobile van (sour dough pizza there every Tuesday evening)in carpark and sat and watched cricket with my 13 year old son while we ate...had a few goes on the family game machine..
