S. K.Went for tipsy afternoon tea for my friend's 30th birthday. The food and cocktails were excellent. Beth was our server and she was really prompt with the drinks order and kept popping back to check if there was anything else we needed. She even brought over a glass of prosecco and sparkler to celebrate my friend's birthday! Thank you :) 🍾🥂🎁🎉
A. L.Friday morning breakfast, not a vast menu to choose from. Was expecting it to be better than it was unfortunately. Floor was sticky the whole way through the building. On the whole was ok but could improve the menu.
J.This place was excellent. It had a really lovely vibe. The wine was cheap and it was sufficiently quiet to ensure a nice night out. The merlot cocktails and the Merlot wine is especially delicious. I would recommend this place. They even had their own cocktail bar.

R. L.Myself and my two wonderful friends came for afternoon tea here. It was the sweetest! There was a lovely selection of sanwhiches and wraps, delicious scones and the nicest quaint desserts. Beth, Elly and Malibu were incredibly attentive, made us feel super welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend! This place has great atmosphere! Thank you for making it lovely!

S. D.Bottomless brunch was really nice. Drinks were refilled very quickly so you felt like you got your money's worth. Selection of drinks could be more varied. Making the whole group upgrade seems a bit harsh especially if you have a none drinker in the group......would go again.

Upgraded my food option as the bottomless brunch food options were a bit limited but for an extra £3 I was able to have the burger I wanted and it was delicious 😋 Thank you!

Beth was amazing, extended our time so we still had the 2 hour slot & was extremely helpful and attentive (we never had an empty glass for long!) even though it was very busy hen & stag doo’s. Didn't sample the food and I couldn't even locate a menu to have a nosey at what was on offer. They seem, like other places these days to be pushing the Vegan menu but I can't comment on what was available because I couldn't see a menu. I certainly would visit again just down to the look and feel of the place and the friendly staff at the bar!

A special shout-out to our bartended Jason who made the experience that much better! Plus the gorgeous atmosphere just made it that much better!

And a lovely surprise was when the staff brought a plate of desserts out with candles and a sparkler for the birthday boy. Thank you very much for a lovely afternoon. Highly recommend 👌

The bar is set out very well, music is great and very friendly feel about the place

A. A.Lovely place when you're inside but impossible to navigate alone as a wheelchair user. There is no signage to show you how to get in and the only 2 visible entrances have stairs. You need to go down the road to the hotel and work your way back but need to wait at the lobby of the hotel for someone to open the fire doors to let you through. If I hadn't been with an able bodied person who could go in to fine someone to assist I wouldn't have been able to go inside plus sitting in my wheelchair outside waiting for someone to come to help me is embarrassing. All it would take is a couple of signs to ease this embarrassment. However, once inside it was really lovely, friendly staff and nice food too. I would definitely go back but only if I was with a group of friends to help navigate

H. E.Visited here a bit after lockdown and the social distancing measures put in place were excellent. You walk in one way and exit another, hand sanitiser on arrival and are given a slip to write on for track and trace.
The bar has a great atmosphere and the 2 for 1 cocktails are tremendous! We also ordered some chips which were delicious. The fact that you get the beautiful view of the Quayside too just ties it all off. Would definitely recommend this place for a drink and good catch up with your friends!

M. I.Never had food here but the cocktails (mostly) are good. On a weekend the music they play is relatively good if you want a casual drink before going out. However, ALWAYS buy the two for one cocktails as otherwise it can be quite expensive - Jack Daniels and Coke has been up to £5 before.

The food was lovely overall, even though I would say the the steak I got for my main course was only average or below par, I wasn't supplied a steak knife which didn't help?
But I couldn't get over the value, the food was half price, the desserts where buy one get one free and also was 2 4 1 on cocktails. My whole meal only came to about £32!!!! Which was unbelievable as myself and my girlfriend had 3 courses and two cocktails (the drinks where absolutely lovely).
I REALLY enjoyed the rest of my meal just a really pity about the steak, otherwise this place is highly recommended and would happily go back.

Enough space that pushchairs are manageable but wheelchair access is pretty appalling: there are two entrances but both involve stairs and it's multi-level inside. No disabled loos.
