S. O.Well appointed, obviously prices have shot up.But it will never compete to it's 90s and early 2000s heyday. All the characters of that era have either passed away or got older, and also SB.the manager who rose it from obscurity, to legendary status.
Only time will tell if the transformation has been a success.
