A.I had lunch there , it is the first time l have visited The Poachers Cottage , their menu is varied , from light bites , substantial sandwiches and larger plates , like mince and dumplings , steak pie and so on. From what l could see potions where more than adequate. Staff very friendly , helpful and polite. Worth another visit.

D. M.Nice little pub (its quite big really) tucked away up a country road, obviously been a favourite of the locals and people who are prepared to drive for something to eat because it has survived so long. I would say it's worth a try and you'll come away with two eyes 👀 intact.
