Seeming I got you guys confused with the castle Inn, thought I would change my review ( obviously spending too much time in pubs they all blur into one ) One of the best tasting pints around, great price and the beer garden is a lovely place to spend a sunny afternoon chatting and people watching

A friendly old fashioned Pub. No food served, but clean cosy and pleasant. In the winter a live fire as well as central heating. The staff are nice.

Friendly pub, plenty of seats available to enjoy the lovely sunshine and in winter a lovely warm fire inside. Friendly service and good all round pub. Only minus 1 star as the toilets desperately need an update. They were the same 21 years ago and haven't changed since. Hand dryer has a mind of its own.

We felt very lucky to find this pub. It is a brilliant drinkers pub. Good beer at very good prices! Nice charcterful pub, Quiz nights, jukebox, pool table and plenty of seating inside and out. It is a dog friendly pub, there is dog hair about. But with no food, I see no problem. Will definitely be back next time we are in the area!!
