What an incredible spontaneous visit to this particular Toby Carvery. For a small family of three, who like to eat out quite a lot, we can all agree that the service was impeccable and the food was superb. It quite honestly was the best roast dinner I've eaten in years! Lindy, our very young daughter who likes to interact with everyone, felt so comfortable around the waitress' and chefs as they were amusing her whilst doing their job so well. Maz (Marion), Leanne and Nathan, you all went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing visit. You delivered smiles and charisma throughout. We really won't forget this visit, thank you so much. As we live more than forty miles away, visiting again could be seen as slim but we definitely wouldn't say no to the chance!

Beautiful breakfast with my family. Greeted the managers and told to go straight up as breakfast wasn’t going to be on much longer. While at the deck fresh sausages came out even though it was almost 11. One of the lovely ladies brought our full refills to the table to give us more time at the deck. The food and the service was fab! Above and beyond! Thankyou so much. We look forward to our next visit.

Slightly inconsistent when we’ve been there. The quality of the food can sometimes be exceptional or it can be a bit poor. It’s a bargain carvery so expectations aren’t high but sometimes potatoes/mash can taste a bit raw, some typical selections can be missing. Every time the service has been great and the staff are very friendly

Walk in - got seated within 30 seconds, were provided menus and asked for drinks order, drinks were brought straight back to table and server returned within a few minutes to take food order. Food was as expected and the little one enjoyed the pasta and meatballs. Service was excellent and friendly, the only reason I've Awarded 4 stars Instead of 5 is they didn't have the first choice for the child's meal.

Me and my best friend came to Coldra Toby carvery today about 9am we was great with a lovely smile from Claire she asked us if we was here for breakfast we told her yes , she asked us to come to the till and asked us if we liked any drinks . We placed our order and paid for our food . Claire then told us that we could sit anywhere. Claire was very polite and very friendly which u don’t really find no a day s so we was very appreciative of her x we got our food and sat down . I forgot to order scrambled eggs so asked if she wouldn’t mind tell the chef . She very kindly said u of course and when In to the kitchen to as them . She brought them back out with again a lovely smile and told us she was sorry for the wait which we didn’t mind at all . We enjoyed our breakfast it was lovely x my best mate baby got hold of my glass of apple juice and went all over my best mate clothes x Claire came out with some blue cloth and cleaned the mess up well my friend went to clean her self up x im so very greatful for the amazing service we have this morning and we will definitely be back . Thanks so much Claire xx
