This was our second visit while on a canal holiday on the Grand Union Canal. Both visits have been fun. The pub is now under new management. We were made welcome. Nice food reasonably priced and a good pint of local ale. Enjoyed our game of pool..

They've recently opened their arms (pun intended) to a pair of wandering minstrels from Seattle to serve as a base of operations before they launch off on a mission to thoroughly mesmerize the people of the UK.
The Knightley Arms may be the greatest pub of all time. Cheers, and don't forget the earplugs.

I ordered fish and chips. Quite frankly I was astounded at how good it tasted.
A few more mushy peas wouldn't have hurt but apart from that it was brilliant.
It's also a really nice pub in a beautiful location with a really nice landlady.

Had the mixed lamb and beef roast dinner. Was amazing, good sized portion, homemade yorkies and gravy was lovely. Cocktails are excellent too with friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

I had a lovely portabello mushroom and cheddar open sandwich served with salad and fries. The draught Phipps beer is consistently excellent.

Good typical village pub. Friendly staff and good location in centre of village. Different guest beers most weeks. Doggie friendly especially Friday night's. The record so far was/Is 10 different doggie breeds in the bar all off the lead. But best of all. . All behaving themselves. Good fun.

Great village pub. We arrived during the Spain -v- Russia match. Not avid football fans, but having an interest because we had drawn Spain on our own local sweepstake. Everyone was really friendly. A selection of ales, including one from Church End Brewery. A free house - always good!
