A very calm place to for drinks and dinner. Kitchen closes be 9pm though, incase you'd like to snack on some wraps or burgers. Not to forget, they have several large screens for live football.

I came here a few days ago with my family and it was lovely. As soon as we entered we were greeted by a lovely staff member called Caitlin. She took the time to show me all the vegetarian options as I’m newly vegetarian and told me about their new Vegan Katsu curry which I decided to go for in the end and it was amazing, 100% would recommend to anyone vegan or not. Overall the evening was lovely. The place was nice, food was delicious and all the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Especially caitlin whose attentiveness and bubbly personality just topped off the evening and our experience. 10/10 would recommend this place for dinner

Friendly staff, easy app ordering to the table and lovely food. Plenty of sport on and as multiple TVs (even some in individual booths) there was something for everyone as not all showed the same channel at once.

Wonderful place I don't know where to start, the food was gorgeous me and my family came out for a early birthday meal so we decided to come here it was our very first time visiting here and it's fantastic. The food was nice, drinks was nice, the service is very good as they were very fast with our food, it was ordered then round 5 mins later food came straight out dessert was lovely. I went into here for lunch the other day but when I was looking at the menu for lunch the menu is small. It just double sided. Also I don’t understand why disable toilets need a radar key. Also when I want to to charge my phone. I can’t because doesn’t support usb-c and the cable come with my phone is usb-c not usb-a. The stuff was friendly and food was nice.

Such an amazing place to chill out. Food is fantastic and the staff are wonderful, friendly and funny. I just had the best proper pub dinner after a very long time!! The gammon and egg was cooked to perfection the place is clean and hygienic and while I was here I have seen a waitress cleaning and disinfecting twice, the staff were accommodating and professional and very polite, all in all a great experience!!

My favourite starter there is pardon peppers..love them, tho last time they forgot to put any seasoning on it... also I ordered burger without onion but it had onion anyways...and another time it arrived cold. But in general this is probably most decent pub in Nhampton.

Came in last week, me and my mate. Top quality service from Reegan. Came in today with 3 mates and once again an exceptional time, Matthew is a star and he has been for many of my visits. Always have a feast when we come in, food always looks presentable and tastes amazing. Never left waiting with empty glasses. My favourite place to eat/drink/chill in town.

Nice atmosphere but be warned-it is a sporrs bar. I don't usually like bars but this was big enough that I could forget there was a bar. Don't order the spicy wings unless you like them too hot to handle. I ended up scraping the sauce off . Everyone else enjoyed their dishes. The prices were reasonable

What can I say, but WOW! After this lovely Irish Pub/Bar had a stunning refurbishment I decided to visit today and O'Neill's did not fail to deliver an excellent service. The small breakfast I ordered was perfect, with good portion control served on an oval stoneware plate. Take yourself in there and see for yourself - you won't be disappointed! 😄🍷🍽️

The beer is perfectly fine. The staff are perfectly fine. Visiting in the daytime is perfectly fine (and generally busy). Generally 4 or 5 stars on that basis. The evenings however (this is what I'm basing this score on as that is when I visited last) always seem to lack any real atmosphere or energy. It always feels like the last call has just been made and people are moving on to somewhere else. Never feel like you want to stay for more than one.

Have enjoyed nights out here for many years, and although tonight has been a very good night, I was very disappointed with the toilets!!! We was hit with the smell of ammonia as soon as we opened the door, the floors were flooded with water and with only two soap dispensers available, one was empty and the other was broken was a talking point to the group we was with! A real shame as we all spent a lot of money tonight, as tonight's band was amazing, we did expect the toilets to be clean! Hope this can be rectified in the future

Spent a Saturday afternoon here watching football and rugby, atmosphere was pleasant and pub warm and cosy, the pull down screen gave a good view for all customers. The negative was the food, I ordered hunters chicken and waited for over an hour to receive a tiny piece of chicken with similar bacon a 3” piece of sweet corn and 18 chips, YES EIGHTEEN. Nice pub but don’t waste your money on the food!

I've been here a few times, having lived a couple of hundred metres away in Northampton Town centre. You used to be able to purchase a triple decker burger and a mountain of fries for under a tenner but the place appears to have changed hands. You can't get that meal any more; they don't even serve that Irish tomato relish anymore. Service on this occasion has been better than the previous few visits, but this place isn't what it was from a few years ago.

This is great for sports fans as there is multi screens all round with hot & cold drinks at the standard price you would expect with a dam good meal. I got a 10oz sirloin, didn't take a pic but it was perfectly done, they should get rid of the onion bed and add a real salad, who eats so much onion?
