b. j.Cosy local pub with friendly staff / owners! Great selection of beer with nice pub snacks including bags of sweets, nice touch!
S. P.Went for Subday lunch which was really excellent. The main menu was on offer as well, with a good selection to suit most tastes. Beautifully cooked and presented. Absolutely delicious, and competitively priced. Definitely coming back.

The meat was perfectly cooked. Delicious. The display of roasted veg in the centre of the plate was exquisite. Tasted good too.
Side vegetables was lovely. Cauliflower cheese was divine. Yorkshire pud was massive.
I couldn't eat it all, but I wish I could.

T.Good selection of beers and some great whiskies on the shelf, I've eaten once... It wasn't incredible and it took over 40 minutes to arrive but it was good, freshly made and tasty. The Baker's has moved on, no longer an uncomfortable stuffy old atmosphere!
