Great pub and friendly atmosphere. Only bad thing is they don't do diet lemonade. Plenty if diet coke but as a diabetic and my children like lemonade I dont think another visit is on the cards. Such a shame not to buy in a few bottles of diet if you buy full sugar anyway.

Excellent place..... take the young uns to play pool at the quiet times .... Selasi and Danielle are top hosts.... Thursday night is quiz night....that's alright.... There are rumours of a poker game on Monday evenings....but shhhhh😉🙂 And some Sundays there is a decent raffle .. all in all nice friendly place and the pricing is reasonable.

Decent place and prices are great for drinks and pizza, range of tables and tvs with football available. Great outside seating and was served quickly and efficiently. Only downside is the one pool table which is used frequently.

We were there for a wake following a cremation. The Sevens provided an excellent buffet . Service was prompt and friendly. The car park is small.

This is a nice welcoming pub. More for the ' man after work' kind of place. Which is great, no complaints. Friendly great service, but not a romantic drink for two first date sort of pub. Very friendly though, just quite casual and a relaxed atmosphere.

I went in here after a Saints game to grab a quick bite to eat before the long drive home. It was very busy but the staff served me quickly and assured me my food would be delivered promptly in ten minutes. The staff were more than good to their word and provided a friendly and efficient service. A first class experience in a very busy pub.

Quick stop for a drink before a staff Xmas do at the bingo over the road, but nice warm and clean little corner pub. Been meaning to go in for a while but glad we finally did. Looking forward to going back in the summer as the bbq outside looks like a good one.

Not my local, poped in with friends passing by, good atmosphere, good prices, need to clean the glasses a little more thoroughly ( red lipstick on my pint; modern lipsticks have a lot to answer for). Also told ladies toilets a bit dodgy for a Monday evening. Would go again and hope for improvements.

Great pub with good choice of food and drink. The burger menu is amazing with so much choice. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. I did not feel the prices were high. It is easy for us to get used to big chained pub prices. I would rather pay an extra 50p if it means I get a comfy seat, no wait at the bar and live sports entertainment. RECOMMEND YOU GO! Enjoy.

Very nice pub with good atmosphere and very friendly staff. The Steak is very nice in the pub I would recommend to try. Tables were clean and pub seems well maintained. The food menu is decent and prices are reasonable. The pub has carpark. I would recommend a visit.

Good for the basics, no glamour, no fuss, no gastro, no real coffee. No reservations. Good for pre- and post-match drinks and snacks. If you're early you may even be able to park for free. Give it a try if you're a visiting Northampton Saints (Rugby) or Town (football) fan. Both stadiums within easy walking distance. Enjoy the match, Christiaan :-) :-)

Lovely family friendly pub. Also has a great energy especially on evenings and weekends. They often have live entertainment and also always have fast service and great prices.

I only visit on Rugby days. So not sampled the food. But it looks like very basic pub grub. It's a well known pub for home and away supporters alike. Given that, they appear at times to be understaffed and some of them are, shall we say, a bit dissmissive. They are not good at serving customers in order so you have to be a bit pushy. Prices are ok, plenty of TV's showing sport. Patio heaters for the 'outdoor types'.

This public house is the most relaxin pub I've been in for a long time.. the bar staff are sooo lovely and will tender yo your needs.. as I have broken my right elbow..and they will bring my drinks over to me.. and that's lovely... Brilliant pub and cheap for drinks and food.. and they allow dogs in.. xxxx

It's a decent pub. Most of the staff are helpful and friendly. Just don't go in there when the rugby is on. (Unless your a rugby fan of course)

Located in the St James area of Northampton the Sevens is not far from the rugby stadium or Beacon Bingo. Definitely worth a visit as on a Sunday they have a brilliant Jam Night Prices are very reasonable Very clean establishment Well worth a visit
