Old fashioned English pub
No TVs No Music but the best ales in the city,
Fantastic bar staff and a land lord who knows how to run a pub and brew a good beer ! A must for a good pint !!

Perfect place for a catch up and chat.
Bar snacks aplenty, great selection of Ales..even as the only lager drinker in our little get together I found a lovely light ale that was thoroughly enjoyable.
Great gang behind the bar and super efficient service, clear tables at all times and a general lovely buzz about the place.
Thanks for a great night guys.

Had a couple of beers in here while walking into Norwich city centre. Loads of good ales so lots of choice for everyone. Lots of interesting art and memorabilia up on the walls too. Definitely worth a visit!

Super cool bar, plenty of nice beers and excellent atmosphere!

Wow...wow...Beer and more beer, the staff are too cool to mention, the beer is amazing. Tried 4 of their amazing real ales and didn't want to leave. Over 20 real ales of excellent quality available, why would you drink anywhere else? Hic!

Been going to the Cat from almost the first week it opened - it was the best pub in Norwich then and still is.
Great beer, without doubt, but it is really the atmosphere that keeps you coming back. It is for everyone and is a calm talkers pub, agreed you wouldn't go for a rave to the Cat but to meet dear friends in a comfortable place - catch up and laugh.

Excellent ciders, great service, very dog friendly!

Absolutely first class proper traditional "wet" Great British pub. Every Beer is kept superbly. The owner has supported local customers throughout all lockdowns, either selling real ale through the
hatch or delivering 4pt and larger of the favourite beer and cider selection. Great business model which will go from strength to strength. Thanks

Classic locals pub but has plenty of beer choices! Very good own brewed beer and fair prices too.

Decent selection of good ciders at reasonable prices. The staff are always great, and the toilets are kept in good, clean conditions.
The atmosphere out in the rear outdoor seating area is great, sitting on metal beer kegs at wooden barrel tables in a covered area, with the lively babble of other patrons around you and the delicious aromas wafting over from the food truck.
Made some wonderful memories here.
