R. M.It is a cosy place. Booking ahead is strongly recommended. We managed to secure a table without a reservation, but it was sheer fluke. It is cool that the app allows you to order and make payment effortlessly. We were also pleased with our meals. We would gladly return one day.

E. S.We booked a bottomless brunch for a friend's 21st party. Initially the service started off slow, and we were met with a few problems, such as the vegan breakfast not coming with tofu scramble, and drinks taking over 20 minutes to arrive. However, these problems were swiftly fixed and accommodated for when Alex started his shift and took over our table. Alex was wonderful, super friendly and helpful, and turned what was previously a fairly neutral-negative experience into a very positive one.
Food portions were smaller than expected, but the bottomless brunch provided plenty of drinks for the party. Food was very tasty, and despite the missing items, Alex found suitable replacements to accommodate.

I looked to arrange a Bottomless Brunch there (based on the positive feedbacks I'd read). However upon checking, they offer no beer options amongst the drinks. A definite oversight in my opinion, as not everyone wants to drink gin or cocktails.
B. P.Visited for bottomless brunch and had a great time. Was really impressed with the service (drinks in particular). We never had to wait for refills and if anything staff preempted drinks orders.
Food portions could have been a bit more generous but tasted nice.

The cocktails were delicious and they all went above and beyond to give us a great night.

V. E.I like the environment in here. Funnily we actually had a few drinks outside this time as it was nice weather. Cocktails are really nice if not a little overpriced. But service was great. We ordered on the app with low hopes of quick service but it arrived in about 2 minutes! We only had just over an hour here and got 3 rounds of drinks in, and some parmesan and truffle fries. The fries came quicker than the drinks haha.

The only little grievance a few of us had was the price of the class. Especially if you aren't sure what the cocktails taste like. If you dont end up drinking them its very expensive drink making. However Tom and Alex accommodated me with a different cocktail that I enjoyed.

E. H.Last night we did the cocktail masterclass with Amber for my sister's hen do. There was a great choice of cocktails to choose from and we had great fun making them. Everything was so organised and we had all the right equipment so nobody had to wait around. Our table was lovely and secluded and Amber was fantastic. She made the experience so chilled and taught us lots. We loved the added extra bits and pieces and we even had a non-drinker who was able to make very similar cocktails with us. A far, far better experience of a cocktail masterclass than one we did at a different bar a couple of months ago. Thank you very much! 😊 I would definitely do this again!

M. B.Visited on the 12-10-14 a party 4 adults and 1 child. The food itself was excellent I could not fault it, the timing of the serving was a little out and we had to wait a long time for the table to be cleared and an even longer time for the deserts to come. The staff themselves were excellent if not I little over worked the place could have done with an extra few staff members in my opinion! I would defiantly eat there again.

The food and dessert is nice, but I have not tried all of them. The cocktails are not overpriced either. Been here probably about 7 times and would go back.

K. M.My friend and I had a wonderful meal this evening 17/6/18 around 8.30/9pm time. We were struggling to find somewhere gluten free and accessible for my friends stroller in the area. When we came to outside All Bar One, the most lovely doorman asked if we needed help then went inside to ask on our behalf about gluten free options. When we went in, again a wonderful barman brought us the allergen folder to have a look at the menu and explained to us about their gluten free options. When we were seated the doorman helped us with the stroller and everyone was just so lovely and welcoming. The food was delicious and cocktails were amazing too. After such a struggle to find somewhere it was a lovely evening we ended up having especially the extra care and little touches made by the staff to accomodate my friend and I. We will be back!

S. F.We had our Christmas meal here on Friday. A mix up with our order was quickly rectifed by apologetic and friendly staff. They were attentive and a very sweet Anthony who couldn't do enough for us. Thank you to him in particular for his knowledge on wine and the interest he showed in us. We loved our food, it was quirky and the deconstructed nut roast was scrummy and we liked the turkey too. Puddings could maybe do with being as adventurous as described. Fresh tap water on the table was appreciated and just needs filling up once more.

O. M.Don't often drink here as it's normally packed, we visited recently for a little Christmas get together as everywhere else was full.
Disappointed all around unfortunately, of 9 meals at least 3 were poor, katsu curry came out with cold rice, we could actually see into the kitchen from our table and saw it sat for nearly 20 minutes. A chicken burger came out with the ropiest 'salad' arrangement I've ever seen.
I'm told that the ribs were good, the steaks were good and my california burger was average, I think it was expensive for the quality of food and it was so loud in there we could barely hear each other.

Chablis is superb. Located at the very fringe of the lacemarket. A good initial meeting point. Go to the bar as a team, then one person place the order and the rest can disperse. You have got to maximise you chances of getting served here. Be strategic and you'll be fine.

S. K.On my last two visits the food has been a bit of a let down unfortunately. It is sold well by the description on the menu but on both occasions it just has not lived up to expectations. And unfortunately the toilets really do smell and have have appearance of tired toilets.
