L. A.Really, really liked this bar... All white, lovely roof bar terrace (it was a nice day) staff were friendly, bar staff particularly efficient too... Drinks weren't exorbitantly expensive and we had a great time! Very much would go back!
P. m.Music was good unfortunately too loud to hold decent conversation. Not much of an atmosphere. Needed to scan QR code for cocktail menu, table we were at didn't have one so had to go looking for one. Ordered drinks which should have had a side of prosecco. No prosecco and the staff member didn't see an issue with this. It was early evening the place wasn't that busy, centre of Nottingham and you have no prosecco? How? We then had to speak to the manager for a refund and they were initially more interested in whether we had touched the drinks. Thankfully we hadn't, refund going to take a week. Needless to say a poor experience and we will not return. Used to be a great place when it was Saltwater!
G.Now this place used to be known as Salt Water and was a great place. Top floor of what is know as the corner house with views over the city. It’s now been taken over and completely refurbished, good you might think, but no. It’s probably the clinical white decor because this place now feels cold and soulless.
In the past. As Salt Water this place on a weekend would be rammed now as you can see from the pics is empty. Hey maybe it’s now a late night place.
Drinks were ok and staff ok. Toilets were filthy.
3 stars because it wasn’t a great atmosphere, wasn’t particularly clean. I wouldn’t visit again.
J. S.The staff here were amazing. Friendly funny and quick to serve. The atmosphere was good everyone was dancing and enjoying themselves. Door staff were welcoming and polite and did their job well especially the lady with long hair and the bald guy.
(The really tall bouncer was hitting on everyone managed to get my drunk friends number then call her after his shift not professional) other than that it was a good place to go.

C. M.For the time of night we were there when it was pretty dead on the Friday evening the music was just too load. The atmosphere seemed pretty relaxed at the time with lots of nice seating, but holding a conversation is difficult with the volume of the music. Music selection was average. Wasn’t too surprised to see it fairly empty but feel it wouldn’t take much to get more in on the quieter times.

C.After couple time trying Alto service was perfect just it wasn’t as busy as normal, I had couple non alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails the non alcoholic ones was amazing they use their own signature on espresso martini which is as a big fun of espresso martini I didn’t get the taste I was expecting it was a bit sugary,good location amazing staffs and enjoy your drinks .

Been a few times and love it. Rooftop bar in the Cornerhouse building. Whilst you can't really see much, it's a great atmosphere. The seating is plentiful and they have outdoor heaters too should it be a little chilly.
Definitely recommend a try, as a lot less packed than most bars in the area (as a lot of people probably don't know it even exists)

Booked a table with the help of a lovely lady called Georgia! Had never been to this venue before and she got me an amazing seat! The outdoor area is heated very well and the overall atmosphere was incredible!
The staff on shift were very friendly and caring! Just want to say a massive thank you to the team Taylor, Courtney and Tiana! Drinks are great! Love the 2 for £10 deal on selective cocktails, they were great.
Long story short had an amazing time at this venue! Will definitely return!

B.Saturday early evening and meeting friends, no queue at door but had to go through bag check and hand held metal detector, is Notts getting that bad ?? 😁 Bar didn't look that busy but outside was, great atmosphere and great music. Had to go to the bar for a drink was shocked as so use to using an app... But no queue. Mixed age range of customers.

M. R.The highlight of this place is the sun terrace on the roof, it's wonderful. The venue is achingly trendy so (for me!) it's at its very best in the daytime before the 'out out' crowd appear with the loud DJ's plying their trade. Good choice of cocktails and more regular faire. I love the chilled vibe on a sunny afternoon. M

N. N.My favourite bar in Nottingham. I love the white theme decoration it gives the bar a elegant look. I love the sitting area which is outside, the white theme from inside carries on to inside. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The drinks are average price not too pricey for how nice the bar is. A standard bottle of Rosé is £19. Getting into the bar is free and there isn't a set dress code but everyone dresses really smart and nice. Overall this bar is really good

Free entry but the queue is vast. I hope to go back to enjoy it more fully as when I went most wanted to go somewhere else and I just stayed for 20 min. Beautiful people. And good to give it a go
A. M.Nice! Great variety of drinks, lots of gin but no port! Staff working hard scrubbing skirting boards when we were there too! A bit cold by the windows but nothing you can do about that. Nice!

The locks on the toilet cubicles and the toilet roll holders need sorting.
My only other gripe is that there is plenty of choice of bourbon but no single malt whisky.
A. B.Cannot wait for summer nights in this place. Have been back a few times since my first visit and have never had a bad experience. There is a huge covered up BBQ on the rooftop terrace (Nottingham's only one) - So perhaps in the summer there may be food and drink to be had in the sun!?
