R. L.We visit the pub everytime we come into Nottingham. Additionally, we do the beer school once a year. The most recent beer school (April 2022) was absolutely fantastic. Jack has an excellent knowledge of beer and history. His style makes the whole experience very enjoyable. The cheese that matched the beer was all high quality.
The beer was too drawer as normal.
Keep up the good work!

L. D.One of the best places In notts for a casual drink, beers are plentiful with a wide range to suit anyones taste and were lovely. My partner and myself came in a few weeks ago and they had games so we played cards against humanity whilst drinking our beers. Lovely atmosphere and lovely helpful staff.

S. L.Not bad, one of the better Brewdog bars these days. But unfortunately Brewdog beer is just supermarket beer now, the interesting and special stuff that we used to go for isn't made any more and it's lost the attraction for us. It's just a bit boring now.

P. T.New found love for brew dog brands after visiting this place, beer is spot on, lots to choose from, yes craft is£5.50 a pint but it is what it is. Food looked really good too, will revisit for sure next time in notts. One issue, men's toilets need a deep clean. Love the mini tables, ideal, nice change on a Saturday night when the town's getting rowdy

H. R.A really good selection of beers, nice atmosphere, good pizza. They have plenty of events going on for beer enthusiasts and the casual drinker. Good for a relaxed drink, a stop during a night out, or some serious indulgence.
Also some comfortable seating. Only downsides would be the prices, and perhaps not quite so wide a range of beers as some might want/expect.

C.Great selection of Brewdog beers and guest ales too. The bar staff are a bit too casual, they seemed to not really know how a bar works, vaguely asking patrons who was there first. Come on, that's never going to work. Either one pushy took is going to claim it was them when it wasn't or everyone is going to feel awkward. Also gets really crowded and there's not enough seats for small groups.

S. P.Brewdog bars never let you down. Friendly staff who talk you through the beers. Free tasters. A warm tidy space. The beer choice was massive and the milkshake IPA I had was probably the best in that style I've ever had. Great work.

Was a bit surprised to see so many kids, but great to see they are catered for. Staff were top my only concern, the lyrics in the music being played were not for the ears of children.

The beer cocktails are great too! Friendly, enthusiastic staff. Always busy. Cool decor. Old school bar games. Good atmosphere.
C. L.Popped in whilst waiting for the bus. It was ok. Not a massive choice of alcohol but I suppose it's not going to have. Looked like they did some pizzas which looked good. Animal friendly and they do parties for dogs! No frills to the surroundings. Very basic. The worst thing was the toilet. They absolutely stunk. Really really bad and that put me straight off. Sorry
Y. R.Really friendly place, great beer and honestly, what more can you say about a pub? The downside is that the beer is a bit pricey, but nothing too extortionate, by hipster pub standards.
The staff are always happy to talk you through what you actually want, as opposed what you think you want, if that's what you need.
T. P.Great booze and a nice rotation of selections on offer, my only gripe is the seating, tall tables and bar stools mostly, there's booth seating options available but limited in supply. There are a couple of benches by the front door but they're quite rickety.
B. B.I'm sure I'm not the only one to think that the urban punk vibe is a little contrived, and my mates think it's just an excuse to put a high price on the beer. And it is pricey. But I think the brickbats are a little harsh. Come here with an open mind as well as wallet, and be prepared to taste something different, this is not really for a drinking session, you have to engage with your taste buds here. And if you don't like one, try another, as there will bound to be something else you like. The staff are super knowledgeable so will guide you. Oh, and watch the strength...
t. m.Really good beer, though a bit pricey. Lots of pub games including many old video games. Confusing list of discounts that you have to be a shareholder, or tattooed, or stuff to get. If you are a senior shareholder with the right tattoo and on Facebook for them on your birthday at the right time in the week significant win on the discounts! Got say the pizzas look excellent but I have not tried as yet.
M. A. (.Great venue, and bar. It has a good selection of drinks from the Brewdog range. Friendly confident staff, knowledgeable over ranges of beer, very good food. However it is not wheelchair friendly due to location and this is the only poor aspect of the place. The toilets are compact so if you have mobility issues they can be a little difficult to manoeuvre in with a walking stick or crutch. However plenty of space on main bar to get around and seating is good.
N. H.We had a good visit to BrewDog, but one thing really let it down. The drinks were good, we found a bench seat. I was hoping that there would have been a wider choice of games - I have always been told BrewDog is good for this, so was a little disappointed on this point. I was mostly put off by the state of the toilets, these were a mess and in a state of disrepair.

T. C.As Brewdogs go the beers good and the guest beers very good. This one in Nottingham is quite small and the choice of high table or low stool and a small table doesn't work for me. but the beer is good. No smoking area either.
S. J.Lovely staff and great selection of craft beers. Can be very quiet sometimes and really busy on another visit but the staff are as attentive or discrete as you want them to be. Great for a quiet afternoon tipple or a Saturday night on the town.

Simple menus - serving great food made with the same principles. If you haven't been - go! If you have been - become a shareholder to get discount on everything!

D. S.It it's always nice to visit a BrewDog pub, and doubly so on the first time. There is a great selection of BrewDog and guest drafts, plenty of seating and a wonderful staff behind the bar. Board games and even an old Sega 16 bit frame system for a dose of nostalgia. Go check it out!
D. “. R. G.Another favourite place to drink, a really nice pub with an industrial feel to the décor. An excellent, ever changing selection of real ales and craft beers. Knowledgeable, friendly staff who are clearly passionate about beer. A decent selection of bar snacks and light bites.
A. M.If you like speciality IPA beers, good gins and food, this is the place to visit. Weve been several times and never had a bad experience! It gets busy but there is always somewhere to sit and catch up on the world over a good beer or gin.

A. M.A very interesting selection of craft ales and old game consoles to play on if you feel the need. They also have tours (you have to book in advance) and other brewing related events.
The seating isn't the best, but it's a unique place which is well worth a visit.

J. S.It's a good BrewDog pub. One of my favourite places to drink in Nottingham. If you don't fancy any of the cask beers, the fridge contains plenty of good beers.
C. S.My other half loves it, and my friends have shares in BrewDog they love it so much. The beer is definitely an acquired taste. The long and short is: It's an expensive craft beer hipstery type place. The kind of retro, industrial type place you can never feel truly comfortable in. There's never anywhere to sit. It's popular though, so I guess I'm just a lager lover!
P. F.This is a very relaxed bar with some amazing tasting beers. It has retro consoles and board games spread throughout and the staff a very friendly and help you with any beer related questions. You can even buy bottled Brewdog beer and walk out with it. Highly recommend.

Very modern styling inside, industrial factory look meets punk bar. They have some retro computer games to play too if you can prise the controller out of some students hands!
They have some awesome drinks on offer, loads of wild beers to try, always changing what's on the board too.
They have a load of branded merchandise to buy, they do loads of dog stuff which is pretty cool.
Dead friendly staff always happy to help you pick something you'll like.

E. T.Great Brewdog venue in the heart of Nottingham. Its quite a small venue so it has a cosy feel. There are many board games in there for kids / visitors to play and theres plenty of comfy seating. I'd highlight recommend the tasting session that explains beer flavours and pairs it with types of cheese, a must for any beer lover!

D. W.My boyfriend made me go. I don't like beer. If you don't like beer, you're probably in the wrong place. You'll be the designated driver and, with some of the beers tipping 13% proof, you'll spend the next day with a hangover zombie who actually expects sympathy. Nice decor.

On the Friday afternoon I visited, the music playlist was rock and indie, easily the best pub music I've heard in Nottingham.

J.I do really like this bar but unfortunately the prices are now so extortionate that I can't justify it. Every time I go in they bump the pints up a few pence. Fine for 1 or 2 but don't hang around there unless you want a huge hole in your pocket. Great selection of retro video games in there which is nice!
G. J.Felt a slight burden in BrewDog, Nottingham. Understandably, COVID has caused issues in experiences and functioning of bars, however, some have done better than others. BrewDog haven’t made a good experience for customers and we felt uncomfortable throughout. Would consider coming back in the future following COVID.
W. B.Love me a good pint of Brew Dog and I really like the decor. The consoles that you used to be able to play on are a little...worn, and in the evening it can be ludicrously packed and loud but it's worth it for the beer.

These bars have sprung up in most cities and provide a contemporary environment in which it's encouraged not just to drink beer but to worship at the temple of beer.
Always a huge range of interesting (mostly beers), often good food too.
G. H.If you like craft beer, then I would recommend. It is expensive, but where else would get the beers they sell? Good place for a quiet social, few board games on the side of you want to create your own entertainment. Food basic, but filled a hole.

The beer is pretty good, if massively overpriced. It's worth going once in a while to see what new beers they have on.
The downside is that the crowd tends towards loud and pretentious, with a surprising number of ignorant bar blocking types.
The music is great if you like classick punk, grunge, and rock. There's also retro gaming machines, which is a nice touch.

Situated in city centre mean easy to approach by local transportation tram, train or bus. Big enough space for big groups or gatherings. Reasonable prices. J. B.As much as I hate the BrewDog tone, the hungry capitalist take on rebellion, and the pious marketing spiel that poisons every word of every sentence of their bottle labels, their pubs are fine. It's generally the staff who make it though - knowledgeable, helpful, and deal excellently with the occasional groups of garbage lads who slither, jeering, through town.

Was pleasantly surprised by the drinks selection, including the non alcoholic drinks that where not the usual mass produced products you find in nearly every bar/pub.
Will be adding this to the regular tour when next back in Nottingham.
B. E.Brewdog get some flack sometimes, however it's undeserved and unnecessary.
The best place to go to start your journey into craft beer. Regulars like Punk IPA, Dead Pony are available and are a great place to start.
More adventurous limited editions, DIPAs and collaborations are available.
It's not as intimidating as some craft beer bars, that's a good thing especially if you're bot entirely sure what you like or don't like.
Worth going to if you're in Nottingham.
A. H.I'd certainly recommend dropping into this pub for some of the great beers. Not too much comfy seating and at busy times its standing room only. There's a couple of games consoles available to play on.
