L. s.I don't usually go to a pub by myself but I went in for a coffee with my puppy and they offered me water for him straight away and were ever so accommodating! Got to talk to all the team and they really went above and beyond and being in a pub by myself actually felt great. Well done to the team and management for having such a great bar with real personality!
S. R.This is a very simple fayre place. It serves beer and no nonsense food. It does both really well. The food is good value and tasty. It's not loud and lairy but it has a good atmosphere. Been back twice now, will be back again.

J. O.Stopped in for a quick snack with my husband. The bartender/server was very helpful, answering a few questions we had about the menu. We tried the peri-peri wings which were flavorful (not hot by US wing standards) and the chocolate fudge cake with custard sauce was very good. Food was served quickly and with a smile. Can definitely recommend for a quick bite.

N. T.We had our Christmas party here (10 Downing Street was already booked) and it was really good. We had a room all to ourselves and the staff were lovely. There was a bit of a delay which left half of us with food the other half with food, but frankly we were a huge group so I can let that go! Food as really good. Really had a fab time.

Only reason for a 4 not 5 star was no hot drinks. Last time i was here ( months ago) there was no hot drinks eather so not sure if broken or just not doing them as time consuming

A. L.I would recommend this place for Christmas meals! I booked a dinner for 40 people, they were really helpful by email while booking. On the day, the tables were decorated and looked amazing. Everyone was really helpful and they few problems we had were solved immediately. I left them a review on their system and the manager even called me to check everything was alright. Food quality was good for the price.

The menu looks great, not eaten here but will add it to the list to eat at next. I did have a sundae and that was fantastic, great value too was only £4.
The drinks here are brilliant, great cocktail menu, have to recommend the Mai Tai, honestly it's the best I've ever had, and it's 241 all day every day.
Very friendly staff and a great atmosphere.

G. F. T.It is very conveniently located a few seconds away from the tram stop. Went there last Friday for a quick beer and some nachos. The sun was out so we sat outside. It may have been the lovely weather but the place had such a nice atmosphere and got very busy by the time we left. Beer was great and nachos just OK but we're definitely going back to properly check out the menu and stay longer.

J. T.Faradays offer 2 for 1 cocktails all day every day (but beware that this does not include long cocktails and they have to be the same cocktail to qualify for the offer). Drinks are okay but pretty pricey (even with the offer). Some quirky decor but we were disappointed that all of the free board games were battered and damaged to the point of not being able to use them.

M. D.The food is terrible value for money. £10 for about 10 oven chips and a tiny burger. Didnt even fill me up and it tastes like the same tesco frozen food my mum would wack on when she cant be arsed to cook. Ive been to genuine proper burger places down the road that give you beautiful burgers for the same price. Bit disappointed in that. Drinks are very pricey too. The place is alright all though not a fan of the run down aesthetic.

The staff is super friendly and the starters are good. I recommend the chicken wings, but I was not very happy with the prawn cakes. There are lots of TVs to watch sporting events. Good selection of beer and there are some daily opportunities. I got the two for one cocktail night. In general I had a good experience at Faradays Nottingham and if you are ever looking for a calm place to hang out on a Monday night, do go there!

J. R.I had a lovely, lunch. The lunch menu is reasonably priced; £6.50 for food and a drink. They had some good vegetarian options. There was also choice for the order, it could be in either white or brown bread or a wrap. I also liked how you paid for your food when you ordered. There was both inside and outside seating and it wasn't too busy which was nice. We were served pretty quickly too which was good. Overall, I enjoyed lunch and I'd go back.

I had a rather unpleasant and expensive meal there a couple of years ago. But yesterday I was pleasantly suprised at the quality of their fish and chips! The service is still poor. I was given passion fruit j2o although I asked for orange. I didn't bother changing but elementary mistakes like this means it does not deserve 5 stars.
Having said that, we enjoyed dining in a quiet setting. We waited about 15 to 20 minutes for our freshly made fish and chips. Not too oily and perfectly crisp! Very yummy! Amazing value consider how little it costs.
I would go back again if I fancy fish and chips!

There was a pleasant array of craft beers to choose from the downstairs bar with a great atmosphere for watching the football and upstairs was better for a chat and a chilled beer.
K. M.The atmosphere and feel of this pub is lovely, they've done a great job of redecorating. We had great food here and the staff were really polite. I'm only giving 4 stars because of the time we waited between starter and main course, despite being told our mains were ready for when we wanted them. There seemed to be some chaos going on with a flood in the kitchen which undoubtedly affected this, and maybe it's new management who need to settle in. Other than this we had a good meal and found everything reasonably priced.
t. m.Not been here very often, really good pint of local brewed Sherwood Reserve stout, not a standard because the change the real ales quite quickly, but all been very good so far. There are several sports TVs around the place but not high volume and intrusive like so many places can be. Not expensive for this part of Nottingham and with fast service, overall a good experience. Food looked OK but maybe another time.

I went for basic fish chips and mushy peas... nice enough but not really worth ten pounds..
Wife went for 'burnt end' sandwich, which at £5.75 we thought might be a bit special...
Dont really know where to begin.. but suffice to say I think the fire brigade were involved In the production ... sometimes the sauce can rescue, other times it cant... this was one of those other times, with a sauce that was more like syrup with very little taste... to top this off the so called artisan bread it all arrived in was as dry as a desert sandal...
Kind of ruined the meal really but at least the beer was good

We went in on a Sunday afternoon and the atmosphere was relaxed.
They were showing the Villa v Leicester game on various screens in the downstairs bar area.
