p. b.A small spoons with a tiny beer garden. Friendly service and quite a few local customers enjoying the snooker on TV.
I had a couple of Ghost Ships due to driving on this visit.
There's another spoons not far from here in Mapperley which I've also reviewed and rated higher.
M. '. W. S.The pub itself is ok its always busy and it's always clean. It can be difficult to get a table but that's because of the times I usually go in it's busy. The food is nice, tasty and enjoyable when it's HOT only down side is they seem to run out of certain sauces for their steaks usually when we go in.

S. S.Breakfast had here. Understand it was a very busy bank holiday morning and didn't get toast, mushrooms or tomatoes. Loads of extra hash browns, but missed the bread.
S. B.A typical, no nonsense Wetherspoon, ideally positioned on the corner, opposite wilkos. Good range of beers, priced as wetherspoons do, at a great value pint. Went on a Saturday night and service was fine, limited waiting or, order via app. Clientel the normal standard and thoroughly recommend the Abbots and curries on menu. A decent venue, give it a try 😊

s. h.I write a lot of google reviews and usually never write anything unless I have something nice to say.
However, over the last few weeks after visiting various Wetherspoons they have either had problems with their ordering of food and condiments, or some staff are not ordering correctly.
There are so many items missing from the menus that is must be embarrassing for the staff who have to constantly apologise to customers. Today was no exception, the young woman behind the bar looked unhappy and worn down by customer comments.
This is across the board at Wetherspoons, after being a loyal customer for a long time I have now made the decision to quit going to Wetherspoons and take my custom elsewhere.

O. T.1st put lunch l've been to since lockdown for pubs/eataries were lifted.
I had my usual mixed grill meal that included a drink, alcohol or non alcohol.
On this occasion, I was a tad disappointed, because the meat's was dry, making it abit difficult to swallow, but it won't put me off buying the same meal again at Weatherspoons.

Didnt eat on this occasion but from what i could see and smell it was very hard for me not to! It all looked and smelled fantastic and i never heard the slightest hint of complaint from anybody in there.
Well done to all the staff who made my visits attractive enough for me to want to return.

L. T.Called in here for a pint on the first day lockdown was lifted on pubs.
It was lunchtime when I entered and was welcomed by a friendly staff member who took me to a clean table and asked if I required a food menu which I declined only wanting a drink.
I was given a form for nhs tracing to fill in which I duly did and ordered a pint through the app.
My drink arrived promptly and in good condition and I finished it and ordered a second.
The tables were well spaced out with table service and it was a very safe feeling sat in there, much better than a supermarket.
I finished my second drink then put my form in the box and left.
Overall I had a nice time and the safety measures in place made me feel i was safe.

E.The food could be called good pub food, tasty, filling and not too expensive. The atmosphere is pleasant enough. And the staff are usually helpful and friendly. It looses stars due to its politically motivated and bias literature that is often found on the tables.

N. S.Centrally and well located Wetherspoons Pub in Arnold. Has small outdoor seating area. Always has flowers in bloom outside. Large seating area, clean and tidy. Food and drink orders came quickly using the App to pay and order. Friendly staff. Good value as ever. Toliets are upstairs and a bit of walk which can be a bit of pain, very clean.

P. d. W.I like The Ernehale, it reminds me of the TARDIS (except it serves beers and wines), not because of the Daleks and Cybermen who drink there, but because its deceptively large upstairs. A trip to the gents feels like a walk to Derbyshire and back, yet downstairs is cosy. Try it yourself, and take a companion.

m. s.This Witherspoon pub is open all day and is frequented by young and old alike. It fills up quickly during dinner times. Mainly known in the area for good cheap meals and coffees. Has a good range of beers and other beverages. OK, waiting time for food can be slightly long during busy times. At night time has croud control on the doors. So safe place to visit. Carpark around the back.

G. B.I decided to use the new order and pay app to buy a couple of drinks. I accidentally sent it to the wrong pub! Was quite happy to pay again and reorder at the bar, however, the barman went above and beyond, rang the pub it was sent to and got me a refund. Way to go Wetherspoons!

P. S.If you're used to J D Wethspoon pubs you'll probably find this one a bit on the small side compared to others. Typically it is in an good location on the edge of Arnold town centre. It was one of the earlier pubs in the chain to open and the decor is looking a little dated now. However I would be reluctant to give any Wetherspoon's a rating of fewer than four starts because of their philosophy of attempting to provide excellent value for money.

W.No first aider.Went in and had to put an old man on the floor who was sick all over him self sitting on a stool and disorietated .I had to ask the people near him to help me put him on the floor.Went to bar and ask for kitchen roll to wipe him ,then another women was there and told me to leave him alone,she said she didn't know him.The staff eventually came.Took 35 minutes before they asked his name and called ambulance.I could go on and on.

A. K.Like having a Wetherspoons in Arnold just a shame that this Wetherspoons doesn't how to cook an egg, 9 times out of ten over cooked. Real ales that they have on are ok but never as good as the real ales on in the other Wetherspoons in Nottingham.
