Came here just after lockdown and was greeted by the friendliest team. The venue, the food from Happy Dough Lucky and cocktails were all spot on. The Lacehouse is the best bar in Nottingham and Happy Dough Lucky the best Pizza in Nottingham

The food was beyond awesome! These guys import some of the best produce and it shows! My time here was great. I met the owner who is extremely chilled and a great host. I felt very welcome within minutes. Shortly after arriving an aspiring magician performed some amazing tricks and made the wait for food pass by in moments. Some of the staff joined in and before I knew it I felt like a regular. Would definitely go again and I think the food gives Annie's a run for its money. 👏⭐🌟🌟🌟🌟🍕

They do have a great selection of rhum and the staff is friendly. One little thing that bothered me is that they kept changing the music in the middle of songs. It kind of killed the vibe when they put the same spice girls song on 3 times in a row.

Came here for a Christmas Party I organised for my business and I can safety say it was the most successful I have been involved with in my 15 years running one. Food - Canapes were incredible, compliments to the chef! Welcome drinks - Barman Robert created a glittery gin cocktail and it looked rather eye catching As for the event itself, one of the managers Lewis was extremely helpful and organised on the night and prior to it, which made the event a massive success. I will be booking again next year!!

Abigail was very accommodating and fun! She made you feel welcomed from the beginning. We tried the Candy Kiss and Love Punch Cocktails which we saw all over instagram, both were incredible and looked so good! We spent all afternoon here and ended up having a 🍕🍕🍕🍕 Garlic Dough Balls & Chocolate brownie - we might have overdone it ;) but it was worth it! 10/10

Saw the lacehouse place on Instagram and was looking forward to checking it out. Visited for a Bottomless Brunch on Saturday afternoon, it was busy with nice vibe and big groups of people enjoying themselves. There's a wide selection of cocktails as well as good variety of wine and beers, which seemed to be very popular. Pizza are delicious, cocktails delicious and service attentive and friendly. Looks like it's going to be our new favourite local. Keep doing what you're doing!

Nathan the new manager was very accommodating and fit! He looked so handsome and made you feel welcomed from the beginning. We tried the 🍕🍕🍕🍕 Garlic Dough Balls & Chocolate brownie. Sachin Nijarin The owner came in to the establishment and told us, the only buying customers that the playlist we had chose was the worst he’d ever heard. Not what we’d expect from a birthday night out. The staff on the bar were working above and beyond and we loved them as people and staff. Such a shame the owner was rude to our faces. We loved the experience and food and drinks. Shout out to Cobby, Rob and Abbie they worked above and beyond to make sure we were happy and our drinks were key full!!!!

Popped into The Lacehouse this afternoon before a gig at the Motorpoint Arena. The staff were super friendly. We were a party of 8 and ended up staying for a pizza which was so good (and big!). The ping pong table came in very handy afterwards! The Instagram hype is real, highly recommended!

Happy hour is the time to go. Almost everything half price! It's not a huge bar so the tables are very limited and almost all booked. Book a table if you can. Towards the evening the music gets super loud so it's fun x

Visited with 3 other friends mid week, we had pizzas which were incredible! There was one guy serving who was having to play the role of waiter, barman and chef with no other help and I have to say he did a cracking job. Really cool place and look forward to visiting again at a weekend!

Wow! Best night last night at The Lacehouse, by far the best bar in Nottingham. I have been to a few nice places in Nottingham but none compare to the service and atmosphere provided by the guys at the Lacehouse. Amazing cocktails! and even tried one of the Happy Dough Lucky pizzas and i can see why they are number one. No where else does fresh dough like they do!!

Stumbled upon this place on a random night out with a few of my friends. Drinks were reasonably priced, and staff made sure they all were tailored to us. Venue looks stunning, and has Ping-Pong table to kick it up a notch. The Pizza Pop-up inside of the venue was delicious as well. Can't recommend the place enough!

Hired out their basement level for a birthday party and the guys there really made it special. We had a lovely pizza buffet put on for us and the management team really went out their way to decorate the space to make it really special place. Best venue in nottingham!

Drinks in here before Bistro Live on a Friday night. Pizza, interesting ales, huge selection of gins and cocktails. Ping pong table was a nice touch. It was still early, and still quiet so can't comment on how it would be when packed later. Nice service. Cool decor. Toilets grim.

A hidden gem. Great selection of spirits and bottled beers. Cocktails are exquisite, and the staff are extremely personable. The few times I've visited it's been a very cosmopolitan mix of people who just all seem to get on. Not your typical rowdy Nottingham bar.

Used to go here first year of uni for the night 'The Bakery' that they put on, and it became one of my favourite spots in Nottingham. Love the layout, the size and the atmosphere, so I decided to rent out the basement level for my 21st last week. Couldn't have been a more perfect night. DJ and lighting and sound system included in the price, had students drinks prices for us downstairs where we were. Went for a 90s theme and the DJ, Bryn, got the music spot on. Felt like I had my own private club for the night. Sach was a dream to communicate with, professional yet welcoming and friendly, made sure everything was running smoothly, managed to meet a couple of times to discuss what I wanted and what they could offer. Allowed me to decorate the basement as and how I wished. Sad to see my birthday night go so quickly. Would definitely consider Lacehouse for another event. Still remains one of my favourite places to hang out in Notts.

I held a songwriting showcase here as part of the Songwriting Society from the University of Nottingham. The venue was great: very helpful, friendly staff and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The perfect venue for our event and everyone (performers and audience) seemed to have a really great night!

Cool place! Went for an art workshop that happenes in basement every wednesday as far as I am concerned, and it's cool as a lot is going on there. You can have a pint, a good meal, there are various events going on including workshops i mentioned. Definetely worth visiting.

Great bar with a great atmosphere. We were organising social drinks for a conference and The Lacehouse made the organisation an absolute doddle while providing further entertainment with ping pong tables, giant jenga and salsa. The Lacehouse is a fun bar which holds a tasty and wide variety of drinks and definitely has something for everyone...I would wholly recommend!
