d. i.It's high end place in this posh neighborhood, and inside atmosphere is brilliant. They have outside beer garden with heather under the big umbrella.
They don't have access for disabilities toilet because it's in the basement and hopefully they'll add some bins in all the toilet.

H. W.Had a fantastic evening at the Parlour. Only been in for a quick drink before so sat there for a few hours. Drinks were made really well and cheaper than town! Friday night, had two for £10 and some were on special offers. Towards the end of the night, a gentleman came round asking for last orders. Brought them over to us! Staff were pleasant and had a fantastic evening! Perfect place to catch up and chat over a nice drink!

B. G.Fab atmosphere and excellent friendly service. Had afternoon tea here with four loud and excited 8 year old girls. The staff were fantastic, friendly and attentive. They built a great rapport with the children, which meant I could relax on another table while the girls enjoyed themselves feeling very grown up. They also accommodated some of the fussier children rather well.
A five star experience, I'm looking forward to going back without kids to enjoy the whole experience.

M. L.Amazing little place with an atmosphere so welcoming and warm. We did the Groupon afternoon tea for two and it was amazing. Alice and Connor looked after us so well even though they had been busy. The food was amazing and so tasty and lots of. I felt guilty it was that good and we used a voucher. We will be going back very soon, we can not recommend enough this place is a must no matter what the occasion. Thank you so much for a great afternoon.
P. C.Very popular so I recommend booking. It's not a large place and tables are a little on the small size. Has great character. Had afternoon tea for 2 here twice now. You get a choice of 3 different sandwiches from a large range plus scones and cakes with free flowing tea. Excellent quality and will definitely go again.

We all had hot chocolate & then 2 pots of tea with our beautiful spread. Team of males when we visited great hospitality & beautiful manners. Can't wait to take my kids on next visit.
G. C.We met here for drinks on Tuesday 19th December, the atmosphere was really nice, the decor was great and we enjoyed a couple of drinks here. The service was quite slow for a round of 7 cocktails but the staff just seemed really relaxed about it . If we had been in a hurry it could have been a problem but the range of drinks was very extensive something for everyone. I think they have a happy hour which would make it even better. They have a nice outdoor area and provide rugs to keep guests warm if they prefer to sit outside which I thought was a stroke of genius

Recommend cocktail bar in West Bridgeford. Offering unusual twists on famous cocktails along with lots of new creations too.
Kind off speak easy atmosphere. Certainly a fun place to go.
Food is good but is more aimed at graving foods rather than somewhere for a meal out.
Give it a try. Worth making this a stop on a bat round the town.

Food and service were good.
Only downside was the noise! There were a couple of tables full of very loud, screeching women making full use of the unlimited prosecco.
Of course, they have the right to enjoy themselves but this was at the expense of everyone else.
Bear this in mind if you're looking for a genteel, Edwardian experience.
C. B.Absolutely loved this place. The afternoon tea was yummy, the cocktails perfect and the coffee was one of the best I've had. The staff were great and the cafe itself is beautiful. Completely recommend the cherry bakewell cocktail!
A. P.Got an internet offer to try this place for breakfast last week and was most impressed with the food certainly but more still by the way we were treated by the staff.
Some places may have considered us less than ideal customers rolling in from the rain with a mobility scooter we were taking for repair afterwards and also unequipped with an internet voucher to redeem my offer. For the manager at the Parlour, however none of this was too much trouble as he calmly helped us with the scooter and brought us hot drinks before seeing any proof I had paid for the offer. Wonderful !
When settled, I ordered my favourite eggs Benedict while my partner had the "full monty" and we were both left satisfied until into the late afternoon. Do not normally go out for breakfast but would be happy to pay the full price for the same thing as a lunch, which you certainly can do.
The decor is a fairly sympathetic re-interpretation of a Victorian villa as modern restaurant . There is no Victorian style clutter but the interior makes plenty of nods to the building's past suggesting a sensitivity of taste not quite so clear in some more trendy alternatives. There is also a nice terrace overlooking the library and park, where one might enjoy better days than we experienced.
Finally our visit ended as it had begun with an exceptionally friendly attitude in getting us a taxi and helping us into it with warm wishes on both sides.
B.Top location for drink, good cocktail selections and plenty of outside space to sit
P. G.Great cafe/bistro in the busy suburb of West Bridgford. Independent too! Quirky decor. Good menu both sweet and savoury. Very close to the main car park. Well worth a visit for a coffee, snack or more.

T. H.Booked afternoon tea for 4 on Groupon. Took about 35 minutes to get drinks. Food took 45 mins. Sandwiches are 2 slices of bread with edges cut off and the split into quarters. So end up 2" by 2'' x 4.
Fillings were nice. Cream teas were also nice. Waitress was very nice, waiter not so nice, quite abrubt. 2 cokes were sent back tasted like fizzy water, second 2 weren't much better. Toilets are down really steep stairs. The place itself is quite small and dark. Glasses weren't clean and neither was one of the tea plates. All in all it was OK because it was a cheap Groupon deal. Definitely wouldn't go back again.

I have also had the cake here and it was amazing. My dad had a sandwich served in a cute basket. It was huge and he could barely finish it. Quirky atmospheric place. Definitely will be back.
