One of my favourite bars in Nottingham. Great range of cocktails (especially good if you go on 2 for £10 nights) and great music. In my experience, doesn’t get too busy either. Definitely recommend

I always loved this bar and I’m glad it’s back open. Great music and beer(cocktail) pong was a lot of fun. Service was a little slow from ordering on the app though which was a bit frustrating - that wouldn’t stop me coming back though.

The Walrus is a fun place to go and dance. The music is a mixture of classic pop/funk/soul and anything else that sounds good and makes you want to dance. Its a mixture of eras from the 60s to the 90s. Anything works as long as it sounds good. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. The age range is....well broad....but this is the sort of place where that doesn't matter. As for drinks, its predominantly cocktails. £8-£9ish or there are the usual alternatives. Open until 2am. The Walrus is the sort of place where you can lose track of time and before you know it they've turned the music off and they're asking you to leave.

Good for cocktails and beer pong (you need to book for that) nice atmosphere and décor.. would recommend for a couple of drinks on a night out. 2-4-1 cocktails before 9pm too which always goes down a treat.

Amazing place! Love the décor, the music was great, beer pong tables really good fun but not intrusive on the rest of the bar, staff very friendly and welcoming. We were on a stag do with 12 lads, but they had no qualms about letting us in (we're not the rowdiest group, but were wearing matching polo tops with nicknames/numbers on the back). Had a great night here and will definitely be going back when next in Notts.

Pro: Really good value cocktails in happy hour. Great DJ and music. Friendly staff. Con: Sticky floors. Dirty, broken toilets. Taps that don't work. Poor ventilation. The place needs a bit of money spending on it. Nowhere near as good as other venues in the group.

I went to their jumpship event last week. It was great. Loved the Zombie cocktail. Surprisingly there was a cloakroom but I don't know if that was for special events or so. The only downsized is that it's too small but that's only because I'm lanky. Great if you like rock/metal

Really busy lovely bar with great songs played throughout the night, you might want to brush up on your beer pong skills if you’re coming here as there’s plenty beer pong tables to chose from, had a great time whenever iv been here!

Very good bar particularly on saturday night. The big asset of this bar is that you can play beer-pong. The beer-pong is quite expensive, but there is a discount if you come one day of the week (I think it is every wednesday or thursday). The music is suited to dancing.

Great cocktails......horrible chicken wings. I like a lot of people was enticed by the offer of half price chicken wings. Whatever sauce they had on the bbq wings was anything but bbq. It tasted like fish sauce....revolting. The only saving grace was the 'zombie' cocktail which was very good.

I absolutely recommend this place! There are plenty of clubs and bars in Nottingham open on Saturday night but this one has got a perfect atmosphere, music,friendly crowd and really nice drinks served by cool guys. Try it on your tourist trip to this city! Bardzo polecam ten bar,jest atmosfera !

Very good, drinks are lovely and service is usually great. Had one experience before, a while ago, where a member of staff was quite rude about out drink order. But I really feel that doesn't reflect the while business as everything else is always amazing. Brilliant atmosphere too

Great fun! Has beer pong and a dance floor. Got a bit cramped at times but i still had great time. I loved the old school music too! Only point would be they need to move the beer pong tables away from the toilets as people were in the way and it was unhygienic when the ball was dropping on the floor. Need a better areao or better cleaning options for the balls.

It's a great venue in terms of decor, music choice, ambience and drinks, but it has let itself down recently by making the decision to stop accepting cash. That decision has nothing to do with Covid and probably came into force as it's cheaper not to handle it. Many of us still budget and work with cash, so unfortunately won't be going again!

This was amazing! It seemed the place didn't get too overcrowded which was just so refreshing. The cocktails are on point! And the music is too. Had such a good night there. One issue was I was waiting to be served and thought that one guy was busy doing something. However, one guy came up next to me and he just turned to him and said hi mate, what can I get you? I did not buy anymore drinks after this and actually just turned away from the bar. Being the only other person at the bar despite the group of girls being served by the other bar lady. I was visible to him and was standing there for a while before the other customer came to the bar.
