D. J.Lovely little gem we found while visiting the area. Very friendly staff. Nice decor inside and outside seating area was very pretty. Had scampi and chips which was very nice. We didn't have much time to dine unfortunately, but our waitress Corinne let the chef know that we had an appointment to get to and we were served very promptly as a result. Top marks!
K. P.Very nice pub right on the river. Plenty of seating inside and out. Good selection of food and drink and the staff were very friendly even though it was really busy. Would definitely recommend on a bright summers day, then take a stroll along the river. Lovely afternoon.
A. H.Nice place, atmosphere was good although was a little quiet when we visited I imagine it is great when busy. Service was polite and prompt food was great prices were reasonable. Portion sizes were large and very tasty.
R.Came for lunch on a Sunday. The food was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bar seemed a bit overwhelmed because there was quite a long queue.
Only issue with the food was that there was a hair in the chutney that came with the pate for one of us and then the same person had a hair in their roast. We did tell a member of staff about this and he said he would tell a manager to come over but they never did actually come over so we just left.
So yea food pretty good but just unfortunate about the hairs.

M. P.Yet another great find in Oxford area. This place is on the water, great outdoor sitting area, parking, full bar and variety of food selection. We got to enjoy all of the above and recommend it.

Kaman The manager kindly found us a table to eat outside by the river, where we had a beautiful meal and a couple of lovely cold drinks in the hot summer sun.
We were looked after by friendly attentive staff in the usual incredible environment with great food and a lovely atmosphere, a place that everybody should visit throughout the summer.
