N. S.It's really nice atmosphere. A more traditional style pub with garden. It is a local corner pub, but is spacious, calm, clean, with great service.The garden has some nice plants and some heated areas. They often have music events on. It's a good place.
J. N.I guess this might be out local. It’s a pub, not restaurant. Ian, owner, is always around. It’s just a great place for a pint or two. They have music nights that are not be missed. A diverse range of customers from students to retirees.

R.me + a mate went out into oxford for a change + went into Jerico area to the back street pubs, we had a few drinks in different pubs we ended up in The Harcourt Arms which had 3 guys playing + singing the place was busy but only the landlord serveing so not to long a wait, the garden is all slabed with plenty of seating + being enclosed it wasnt to hot with a big tree giveing shade. its a place i will be going back to in a few months with a nice atmosphere + live music also great ale

Beautiful 'classic pub' interior, great garden, and yes- no kitchen- which is a major plus point! If you are hungry they have a wide array of crisps and nuts, as well as proper pork pies served with the best (Tracklements) piccalilli known to human kind.
In short, a premier Oxford boozer. Visit it.
